Villa Canacati is near to the charming town of Pollensa. The central Church square is less than 1km away. You will be near to all amenities including shops, restaurants and cafes.

Sitting in its own mature garden, this villa can sleep up to 11 pax. With six bedrooms laid out on two floors and perfect for a large group or two families sharing accommodation.

The spacious lounge / dining area opens up to the sunny BBQ and pool terrace with design garden furniture. There is a fully equipped kitchen inside and a further external full kitchen by the BBQ complete with double fridge/ freezer and wine fridge. Perfect for al fresco dining around the pool which is permanently heated with the exception of the months of July and August (possible at an extra charge).

The room layout at Villa Canacati is three bedrooms on each floor. Two doubles one with full ensuite bathroom, a further double and a twin sharing another bathroom on the main floor. Then three bedrooms on the lower ground, with one double bedroom and full ensuite bathroom, one twin and one single with a folding bed underneath perfect for a teenager and another bathroom.

There is a kitchenette on the lower ground with a ceramic hob and fridge.

In a further glassed and fully air-conditioned area, lies the gym with a few machines. A pool table and football table and a further shower room and wc.

The villa is fully air conditioned throughout and has also a woodburning stove and central heating for the cooler months.
