Surrounded by a spacious lawn dotted with palm trees, ornate gated fish pond, a good sized pool with whirlpool and open and covered terraces, Casa Felicidad is set on two levels with an open plan living area providing various seating areas to read or sit and relax. The small library provides a selection of books.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances a central island and provides easy access to the outside terrace area and barbecue area.

There is one double room with en suite shower room on the ground floor, as well as a utility room and separate cloakroom. The gated spiral staircase leads to the 1st floor where a further three bedrooms are located, one with en suite whirlpool corner bath and power shower and a separate bathroom, all tastefully decorated with extensive views across to the surrounding countryside.

Air conditioning is provided in all bedrooms for your added comfort.
