It is just 250 yards from the seafront and approximately 25 minutes’ walk to the centre of the Port area. A few steps lead up from the gated entrance to the front door and from here you walk into the impressive hall. The centre piece is an imposing staircase leading to the first floor. There is also a cloakroom with WC for your added convenience. Leading off from the right is a comfortably furnished air-conditioned L shaped lounge with both leather and fabric sofas, TV with News and International channels and DVD player.

To the left of the lounge is the formal elegant air-conditioned dining room and on the opposite side of the hall comes the superbly fitted newly refurbished modern kitchen. This has dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob and oven and a fitted dining area to one side. Adjacent to the kitchen is the laundry with washing machine, walk in pantry and exit onto the back terrace, where the brick built barbeque is located.

The feature staircase leads up to the first floor and the four spacious air-conditioned bedrooms. The first is a double with full bathroom en-suite and patio doors open out onto a small terrace. Outside, the superb 8 metre kidney shaped pool, with shallow end for children, is situated to the corner of the villa and is surrounded by high walled hedges and spacious terraces. The outside is well furnished with comfortable seating and various tables. This is an ideal venue for relaxing or dining al fresco. A lawned area surrounds the house except at the rear where the barbeque is situated.
