Villa Can Rosario is a spacious and comfortable villa which is fantastic for family holidays. Great location, without being too far from the main town of Puerto Pollensa, a mere 5 minute drive to the centre. The surrounding area is flat, great for cyclists and walkers and there are views of the distant mountains.

It is an ideal villa for families with energetic children. With masses of garden to play in there is plenty to do to burn off energy whilst parents and grandparents watch in comfort from the poolside. For older children there is a table tennis table. To compliment the outdoor family time, there is a BBQ house for al-fresco dining.

The downstairs of this villa comprises of a dining area that leads off the comfortable living room. A fully equipped stylish kitchen with utility room and a twin bedroom. The lounge comes with a collection of DVD’s. A shower room can also be found on this floor.

Upstairs there is a double and a twin bedroom that share a family bathroom and finally the master bedroom with full en-suite bathroom and a private balcony offering spectacular mountain views.

Just a short drive to Puerto Pollensa, Alcudia and Pollensa it makes it an ideal setting for those who like to have the beach, shops and restaurants nearby. Within easy walking distance of the property (10-15 minutes), there are two restaurants (Can Josep and Can Cuarassa) with good local reputation and kitesurfing/ stand-up paddle school.

This is a great property for birdwatching – it is a short drive to La Gola and the S’Albufereta Nature Reserve. The large garden is sometimes home to bee-eaters, stone curlews, hoopoes, egrets, ducks, warblers and flycatchers amongst others.

Things to know:
There is air conditioning throughout the whole villa. Despite being close to town, a car is necessary as it is approx. 2kms to nearest shops and sandy beach.

This villa is approx. 45 minutes from Palma airport.
