Villa Autentico is a simple, authentic Mallorcan rustic house, is comfortably furnished. It is an ideal location for families who enjoy being in the tranquil countryside. Yet, it is just a short drive to the beach and restaurants.

The Villa Autentico has an open plan layout, with a light and airy feel throughout. The living room has a TV with News and International channels and french doors which lead onto the terrace and pool area. The basic, yet fully equipped kitchen, has a breakfast area and additional seating. On this level are the first of the villas bedrooms. A spacious master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and a twin has full bathroom adjacent.

Leading up to the first floor there is a further twin and double bedroom with patio doors from the double bedroom onto a private terrace. A full bathroom adjacent services these two bedrooms.

Outdoors at Villa Autentico is a sheer delight with well established gardens and many shady areas to enjoy ‘al fresco’ dining.

This villa is ideal for families with children of all ages.
