Crystal Cove Villa at Sugar Hill

This is a Stunning Contemporary Villa with a Large open plan living room with Plasma TV, Brand New contemporary kitchen with amazing new American style kitchen & an array of professional equipment a cooks dream! It has a large covered terrace, outdoor lounge onto pool terrace with beautiful sea views.

The villa boasts a designed swimming pool all one level which can also be heated upon request, Two Spacious Master Bedroomed Suites, One on the ground floor with lounge area onto the pool & ensuite shower room, the second Master suite upstairs with Large bathroom walk in shower & corner bath, also a stunning covered terrace off the bedroom with lovely sea views. Is a five-masted sailing ship, with 42 sails, and 360 sq feet, it is the largest square rigger on the seas.
