The villa provides a level of privacy for guests in a group or other family members, if required. Within the property there is also a special super private suit with kitchenette and a living area.

The living area of this luxury villa is open plan with full-length patio doors to take full advantage of the magnificent views. The sleek, contemporary kitchen offers you full views of the bay and terrace and you can drink taking advantage of the overwhelming horizon whilst you prepare your meals or evening cocktails to sip by the pools.

The Villa Berliner has 5 bedrooms, 3 are double and 2 twin rooms each boast their own en-suite facilities. One double bedroom is on a lower level, one double and one twin on the ground floor and another double and twin on the first floor.

There is also a suite that features a double bedroom, this can be added for an additional charge.

The sea view terrace, with its pool, offers sun all day as well as shady areas in which to relax and entertain under the wooden covered pergola next to the BBQ area. There is a table with chairs for dining al fresco, under the evening stars and sun loungers on this outside terrace area.
