Villa Brunella is located on the intriguing island of Brac – Bol Town, which, in 2010, was awarded “the Absolute Champion of Croatian Tourism”. Famous for its illustrious olive oil, wine and authentic village traditions, the island is most renowned for the Golden Horn, one of the largest and most beautiful beaches on the Adriatic—and one of the most photographed in the world. Like a tongue it extends nearly half a kilometre into the clear blue sea.
The villa has a modern architectual design, yet using local materials, such as the Brač stone. Such a stone path leads to not one but two separate dwellings, each connected by an inner courtyard. Nestled in between and hidden from views there is a beautiful swimming pool and surrounding terrace paved with local Brac stone. Please note that the path connecting two dwellings is not covered.
The first building, closer to the sea, has stunning views through the pines. The ground floor is complete with a modern kitchen, indoor dining area, living room and vanity bathroom. The first floor offers a spacious master bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom and a private terrace overlooking the sea. The second building comprises of 4 bedrooms with kitchenettes and en suite bathroms. Two apartments are located on the ground floor, and the other two are located on the first floor. Note:- the floors are connected with uncovered outdoor stairs. All 6 bedrooms feature double beds (the bed size in the master bedroom is 200×200 cm, and 180×200 cm in other bedrooms). All have en-suite bathrooms, and 4 of the bedrooms are equipped with an additional bed (size 80×180 cm). In addition, the master bedroom is equipped with an Elliptical trainer.
The villa can comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests, in privacy, luxury and comfort. So it’s an ideal choice for larger families, groups of friends or even a corporate vacation. The spacious and open design of the villa created the perfect setting for a marvelous holiday. You and your guests can relax in complete comfort and enjoy typical Mediterranean outdoor living and entertainment. Furthermore, it is possible to provide a space for an additional vehicle on a request (surcharge).
