Air-conditioning is included in all bedrooms for your added comfort (a fair usage policy is in place). For the living areas, Air-conditioning is charged at €10.00 per aircon, per day. This is payable on arrival for full duration of stay (if required).

Jacuzzi charged at £280.00 per week. Must be pre-booked a minimum 7 days in advance of arrival and for the full duration of your stay

Mid-stay clean & linen change for all stays of 9 or more nights (pool towels not included)

Refundable Security Deposit. €500 pre-authorised by debit/credit card only on arrival* Doubled if holding function. The deposit will be automatically released 30 days from holding date (unless you have been notified of a claim on the deposit)
