Lower Level
Downstairs at ground level you will be pleasantly surprised to find the perfect little hideaway. Bedroom 1, a bright spacious room with twin beds (can be made as double). You also have a small seating area for 2 with a TV. Along with a shower room, a well-equipped kitchen and its own patio doors leading to outside, this apartment is the ideal space for peace and privacy.

Villa Lilly Ground Floor:

Living Area: Villa Lilly offers a spacious open plan living, dining and television area. Here you have a TV area with seating. To the side of the TV area you will find patio doors that show you the grounds and pool at the back of the property. If you continue through this room, you come to the welcoming living room. With sofa seating for 8, this room will certainly give you a home away from home feel. This living area has a large Smart TV. You also have 4 patio doors, 2 giving you access to the front of the house and 2 giving you access to the garden and pool area of the house.

Kitchen: Your right side has a welcoming dining area with seating for 6 and glamourous light feature, and a fully equipped kitchen containing all essentials needed to make you feel like a budding chef. The kitchen section of the spacious room has a patio door that takes you to the front area of the house.

Bedroom 2 – double bedroom plenty of wardrobe space and an en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 3 – twin bedroom with en-suite shower room.
Both bedrooms have patio doors taking you out to the landscaped garden. Next to bedroom 2, you have a utility room with washer, dryer, wine fridge and a private area outside for drying clothes.

Villa Lilly First Floor:

Bedroom 4 is located to the left side at the top of the stairs. This spacious, bright room has a double bed, plentiful wardrobe space, private terrace with seating and an en-suite with step in shower, bath, bidet and dressing table.
Master Bedroom a delightfully welcoming room with ample space. This room has a large king size bed along with a chaise-lounge. Its clear to see that the light feature is centre of attention in this room, with it sitting centre stage above the bed. This room has both a front and back balcony so you can watch the sun rise and set. The back balcony has sun loungers available. The en-suite for this bedroom has a bath and a pebble bottomed step in shower.

Villa Lilly Exterior:

Outside, you will certainly get the feeling that you are within a tropical jungle. Between the tall trees and the variety of bushes, it gives this outdoor space a feel of pure relaxation and tranquillity. Spread around the 10x5m pool (heating available at a charge) and you have 2 dining tables that sit 6 each, a small sofa area that will seat 4 and 10 sun loungers. At the end of the dining tables, you will find a gas BBQ. Also available is a table tennis for all the family to use.

Maid Service
Linen is changed every 7 days and towels are changed once a week.
