Set in glorious countryside, this stone-clad bungalow style luxury villa in Puerto Pollensa offers peace and privacy and a very high standard of accommodation.

To the front of the villa and set amongst spacious sun terraces is the 8 metre private pool with shallow end for children. An attractive covered terrace offers plenty of shade and is a lovely spot for dining al-fresco.

A paved path leads through colourful lawn gardens to the separate barbeque kitchen, which also houses the washing machine.

You enter the house directly from the front terrace and into a most comfortably furnished lounge/dining room. My son and his family joined us for our early summer holiday at Pollenca and we were all delighted with the Villa and particularly, its owner Miguel who ensured every thing went well. It was beautifully presented and had several thoughtful touches that clearly demonstrated its careful family's ownership.
We liked the quiet rural setting, yet also had quick access to Old Pollenca, Old Acudia and several varying beaches within a relatively short drive. The local Vineyards near Pollenca and Old Towns are well worth a visit.

May I suggest existing directions be reviewed now that the main route to Port D'Alcudia has been improved, they are currently a little confusing by referring to So Pobla that is actually sign posted approx 10k before turn off and took us away from motorway too early. This caused us to waste some time on minor roads when first trying to find the Villa. From Palma (Ma 13) to Port D'Alcudia, simply turn off at Junc 40, well sign posted (Ma 2200) left to Pollenca approx 12k further on, taking 2nd right at 'The Cockerell' roundabout.

A very pleasant villa, well equipped inside and out. A Veery nice location, attractive drive and gardens. There was an adequate pool which was clean. This lovely family villa is located in a peaceful, countryside setting, providing the perfect location for enjoying the Pollensa countryside. The old town of Pollensa is only a 10 minute drive away, as is the port of Pollensa. The pretty old town of Alcudia is also less than 10 minutes drive.

The beautiful fully renovated stone clad C’an Vinya villa is located just across the lane from our popular C'an Justo. Situated off the LLuc and Soller road, this beautiful property is just a 10 minute walk into the old town of Pollensa. The owners have lovingly restored the house maintaining many of its original features and blending a mixture of antiques with all the comfort of modern appliances and soft furnishings to make sure any guests will have their perfect Majorca villa holidays.

Surrounded by stunning mountain views and overlooking the Calvari, this lovely villa in Pollensa old town is approached through pretty lawned gardens and up to a well-furnished porch that runs the width of the property and leads to the front door. On entering the villa all the downstairs rooms radiate off the entrance hall. To the right is found the well fitted modern breakfast kitchen, which boasts ceramic hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher, whilst the laundry room with washing machine is adjacent. Large patio doors also lead out to the front porch ensuring easy access for those meals al-fresco.

Leading off from the hall is the large light and airy lounge/dining room, which is most comfortably furnished and has a wood burning stove, digital satellite TV (limited English channels) and DVD. Patio doors lead both to the front porch and also the paved back terrace, which overlooks the village.

The original staircase then takes you up to the bedrooms. Firstly there is the master double bedroom with en-suite shower and dressing room and this shares a terrace overlooking Pollensa with the second charming twin bedded room adjacent. Across the landing is the beautifully tiled family bathroom and finally a single bedroom with a larger than normal antique bed.

All bedrooms are air conditioned for your added benefit.

No Spanish villa holidays are complete without a private pool, and this Majorca villa with a pool fulfils this criterion to the letter. The 8 metre pool takes pride of place beside the house and is set amongst lawned gardens and has roman steps into a shallow end for children. Finally the stone built barbeque with an original bread oven and yet another outside dining area is to be found just behind the pool.

The villa is reached through an attractive entrance hall and at once you cannot help but be impressed with the lovely decor, tiling and natural stone work. The comfortably furnished air-conditioned lounge/dining room has satellite TV (limited channels), DVD and Sony Playstation 2. A feature fireplace gives a really homely feel to this living accommodation with patio doors opening out onto a shady covered terrace, pool and gardens. The large well fitted kitchen boasts a typical Mallorcan inglenook fireplace with breakfast seating area and has dishwasher and microwave.

Leading off from the inner hall are three pretty twin bedrooms, two having air-conditioning and there are two attractively tiled bathrooms adjacent.

This luxury villa with its own pool is just designed for outside living. Firstly there is a covered courtyard with barbeque kitchen and large refectory table, an ideal venue for those meals al-fresco. Leading off from this area is a very smart shower room with WC and this not only compliments the other two bathrooms inside the house, but also is most convenient for the pool area and the washing machine is located here also.

The owner just loves his tropical garden, which is filled with banana trees and rubber plants and the air is scented with bougainvillea, hibiscus and honeysuckle. Taking centre stage amongst the well-furnished sun terraces is the 9 metre pool, which has Roman steps into a shallow end for children. A new addition to the many facilities to be found at C'an Vila is the Jacuzzi, which is located at the side of the pool for your added enjoyment.

If you can tear yourself away from this lovely property the old town of Pollensa is no more than a 10 minute drive, whilst the beaches and resort of Port de Pollensa are 12 minutes in the opposite direction. There are some excellent opportunities for some scenic cycling in Majorca or some wonderful sailing on the sparkling waters just off the coast.

This impressive villa in Pollensa, Majorca with a pool is reached down its own private drive, less than 1 mile from the Bay of Pollensa.

Situated in a glorious position in an acre of its own ground, this beautiful house is owned by a local builder. Doesn't it show, as the fine stonework, marble tiles and the very best wood have been used to maximum effect making this property unique amongst all the Majorca villas.

Outside the stone paved terraces have been designed in grand style with the 8 metre private pool taking pride of place here. A large barbeque unit together with an ample supply of dining and relaxing furniture, make this the focal point for living outdoors. The owner loves his lawns too and these stretch out from the rear of the property towards the children's sandpit with swings for their added enjoyment.

This again is very spacious and a really pretty room which has double bed and full bathroom en-suite.

We stayed in Villa C'an Pericas last year and it was one of my most enjoyable holidays ever. The villa itself has an amazing homely feel and is very spacious. The first floor accommodation is just outstanding. The view from the large windows is gorgeous to look at first thing in the morning and last thing at night. The outside area is maintained to a extremely high standard with the grass being watered daily but automatic sprinklers giving it a fresh look. We met the owner twice when we stayed there, the first was to welcome us to his villa and wish us a pleasant holiday and the second was maintenance. Both times he was extremely polite and a pleasure to talk to. You can sense that he is really passionate about giving people the best holiday they can. I highly recommend this villa to anyone wishing to have a pleasant and extremely enjoyable holiday, I will certainly hope to come back in the future.

Our family of 7 stayed at this beautiful villa for two weeks in June/July 2010. The villa was everything and more we could have wished for. Very clean and spacious and the grounds surrounding the villa were amazing. There are fig trees and a lovely plum tree by the entrance of the property and we were encouraged by the owner to help ourselves. I even made a batch of plum jam which I brought home with me and the figs were to die for!
I would highly recomend this lovely villa to anyone.

What a wonderful property this is! Villa Las Palmeres is situated right next door to C'an Vila; both villas in Pollensa, Majorca with a pool Owned by the same person. It offers a very high standard of accommodation in every aspect.

The spacious air-conditioned lounge is reached from the shady front terrace and is most comfortably furnished and comes complete with satellite TV (limited channels) and DVD player. The well fitted dining/kitchen boasts a dishwasher and microwave. Its large picture windows overlook the barbeque terrace and pool area to the side of the house.

An inner hall leads to a twin bedroom (not air-conditioned), which has full bathroom adjacent. An arched passageway then leads to a further air-conditioned double bedroom, a pretty air-conditioned twin bedroom, which both share a large shower room with walk-in shower, located opposite.

Las Palmeres is designed for outside living. The enormous 11 x 6 kidney-shaped pool with Roman steps, pool Jacuzzi and shallow end for children, sits amongst lovely gardens and the centre of attraction here is the stone-clad barbecue dining/kitchen and spacious terraces. There is a further shower room with WC, which also houses the washing machine for your added convenience. Stone arches and tropical palms abound and give almost a Moorish feel to this very lovely house. With so much to do in this wonderful villa, you’ll find it hard to tear yourself away from it but if you do, you’ll discover some fantastic walking and cycling in Majorca available to you.

Las Palmeres is centrally heated for early and late season rentals. A personal favourite of all the villas in Pollensa, Majorca amongst many of us here at Villa Select.

Villa Casesnovas Description

As you meander through the country lanes through the old town of Pollensa in the direction of Alcudia, you pass many lovely villas and gracious houses, but at the end of one such lane you arrive at the absolutely stunning Villa Casesnovas. This luxury Majorca villa would not look out of place in any high gloss magazine and is simply the most extravagant villa in our Pollensa programme.

Facing south and set in some two acres of land it catches the sun all day through and overlooks glorious open countryside towards Palma road and the hills of Alcudia in the far distance. The private drive leads down to an extensive parking area and the double fronted entrance leads into the spacious hall of this Pollensa Bay villa. You cannot help but be impressed by the tiling, wood and stonework, soft furnishings and attention to detail that this young professional owner has achieved in his property. The traditional Mallorcan pebble stone entrance hall then leads into the enormous air-conditioned lounge/dining room. The most comfortably furnished lounge area has large sofas, feature glass fronted fireplace, flat screen TV (limited channels), DVD and music centre. The formal dining area has seating for 10 and two sets of patio doors lead onto the front covered terrace, which again has large dining table for 8. At one end of this covered terrace is a most prestigious barbeque kitchen for those meals al-fresco.

The kitchen is simply 'to die for' and this leads off from the dining area, as well as patio doors opening out onto the barbeque kitchen. very spacious indeed and fully fitted with the most modern units, sophisticated lighting and offers the most up-to-date appliances including ceramic hob/oven, dishwasher, microwave and grill. There is a breakfast area and adjacent to this is a larder with deep freeze and laundry area with washing machine. On this ground floor level also is a small study, which has a bed settee for an extra child or nanny.

The first of the master bedroom suites is situated on this ground floor level. This is a glorious double bedroom furnished in matching oak and adjacent to this is a most wonderful family bathroom with large bath, separate shower cubicle, WC and vanity unit.

A marble stainless steel staircase then leads to the first floor and the further four bedrooms. There are two pretty twins, which face the front of the villa and each of these has patio doors onto the front upstairs terrace, whilst at the end of the landing is the third twin room and this has patio doors onto a separate side terrace. The truly wonderful family bathroom with double vanity unit, bidet, bath and separate walk-in shower is located adjacent to these bedrooms and boasts the most modern of fittings. Finally at the end of the landing a gracious master double bedroom suite is again fitted in oak and has a dressing area and large patio doors onto the front terrace and pool area. This enjoys a most modern en-suite shower room with double shower cubicle, WC and vanity unit.

The house is air-conditioned throughout (set on a timer) for your added benefit.

Outside the enormous covered terrace stretches the full width of this Majorca family villa and a few steps lead down to the spacious, well furnished sun terraces and lawned gardens. Taking pride of place in the centre of these is the 12 metre freeform pool, which has gentle steps into a shallow end for children. The pool has soft green tiles so as to blend in with the natural landscape and the whole area is illuminated at night creating a wonderful atmosphere in which to enjoy those balmy evenings.

Villa Es Coste Description

The delightful three bedroom Villa Es Coste is situated under the Puig Maria and is within a 20 minute walk of the old town of Pollensa. Perched on the side of the hill above the Pollensa road, it boasts fabulous views, rivalled only by very few Majorca holiday villas, across residential properties to the old town in the distance.

The gardens and terraces, which are both paved and wooden decked are a sheer delight and make living and dining outdoors a special event. A free flowing 10 metre swimming pool with Roman steps into a shallow end for children takes pride of place to the front of the property and its particular design gives off the impression of swimming in mid air.

There is a barbeque kitchen and solar heated Jacuzzi located at the side of the house and a laundry with washing machine.

You enter the house into a spacious hallway and off to the left is the most enormous farmhouse kitchen, which is well fitted and has traditional feature fireplace and very large refectory table. A dishwasher and microwave are available for your added benefit also. A door leads from the kitchen directly onto the covered front terrace for those meals al-fresco. The most comfortably furnished lounge with patio doors to the front terrace and has digital satellite TV (limited English channels and BBC) and DVD player. Off from the lounge is to be found a shower room with WC.

The villa is air-conditioned for your added benefit.

Open sided stairs lead to the upstairs landing, which has patio doors onto the front terrace and the air-conditioned bedroom accommodation. There is a pretty twin bedroom, which faces to the front of the property and an attractive double faces to the side. Finally there is a modern twin bedroom, fitted in pine, which has patio doors onto the side terrace. The family bathroom is beautifully tiled and boasts a Jacuzzi bath and there is a separate shower room with WC adjacent to the double bedroom.

There is a huge variety of things to do in this region, from golfing and lazing on the beach to some fantastic scenic walking in Majorca.

The swimming pool lies to one side of this terrace and boasts lovely views over the countryside to the tree-clad mountains. The poolside terrace is fringed by lemon and lime trees and offers a wonderful place to soak up the sun. Step out the villa and try some excellent sailing or cycling in Majorca; both come highly recommended.

Villa Ignacio is a perfect property for couples to relax and enjoy the peaceful Mallorcan countryside and the beautiful Puerto Pollensa beach.

This was our 4th visit to Bon Jesus, though the first since it has been partially remodelled and extended.In all we have been to 5 villas in the Pollenca area, 4 of them with Villa Select.
If Bon Jesus was nice before, we feel that it is even better now! The rearranged lounge was very cosy and a better deployment of space, and the kitchen was more sophisticated. The addition of the extra terrace was a distinct plus.
All in all we had a very pleasant Spring week (we usually come to Pollenca in the Autumn), though our visit was all too short!

We are off to Cephalonia in late August - Villa Select again!

Villa C'an Puput, situated in a very quiet, private area of La Font, Pollensa, is only a five minute drive to the old town of Pollensa and ten minutes from the beach and the Port.

It is one of our personal favourites for Spanish villa holidays and a popular choice with our returning clients. A pretty, cottage style villa set in spacious and mature gardens. The front entrance leads directly into the comfortable lounge with vaulted ceiling, feature wood burning stove, satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player and comfortable wicker furniture.

An attractive arched entrance leads to the inner hall and the well fitted kitchen/dining room with dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Patio doors lead onto the rear covered barbeque terrace, pool and gardens. Off from the inner hall is the first of the villa's air-conditioned bedrooms, a twin with full bathroom adjacent. Stairs leads from the lounge up to the first floor which contains the very large master air-conditioned twin bedroom with patio doors onto a large terrace overlooking the pool. This suite is complemented by its own well fitted en-suite bathroom.

Outside the 8 metre pool is set in the well-kept and colourful gardens of this La Font villa which are private and quite secluded.

There are plenty of activities on offer around the area for any type of person though we recommend some Majorca walking trips and excursions - an excellent way to get some exercise whilst enjoying the fantastic scenery and sights the area has to offer.

Luxury villas in Majorca are becoming increasingly popular amongst holiday goers so be sure to book this property before it’s too late!

Casa Dos is conveniently situated amongst pretty gardens close to our El Solaz villa and sharing the same lovely owner. This villa is in a quiet residential area, just behind Port de Pollensa and the centre of the town with all its attractions a mere 15 minute stroll away making it a perfect destination for all types of holidays in Pollensa.

This delightful property is reached over terraces and gardens and past the 9 metre pool, which takes pride of place to the front of the property, has a shallow end for children and catches the sun all day long. There is a brick built barbecue for your added enjoyment and the whole area has been furnished to ensure living and dining out here a real pleasure.

The L-shaped lounge/dining room overlooks the pool and gardens and is fully glazed in a conservatory style. This affords a very light and airy feel to the living accommodation, which is most attractively furnished and has satellite TV (limited channels) and DVD Player.

Patio doors open out onto the pool terrace and to the rear the open plan kitchen is well fitted and comes complete with dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. On this ground floor level also is the first of the two air-conditioned bedrooms (set on a timer,) a spacious twin with full bathroom en-suite.

Stairs lead from the rear of the living room to the first floor and the large master double bedroom, which is well furnished and has shower with WC en-suite. Patio doors lead to a spacious L-shaped balcony which overlooks the front of the house and pool below.

With El Solaz being next door, these two Puerto Pollensa villas offer ideal accommodation for larger groups and are ideally located within easy walking distance of the port.

Holidays in Puerto Pollensa are becoming increasingly popular as this holiday destination can cater for the needs of practically every holiday maker. The town is extremely lively at night with a cornucopia of restaurants offering the best culinary experiences in the Mediterranean. Moreover, there are numerous things to do, with activities such as cycling in Majorca being very popular. Villa C'an Cuxach Description

C’an Cuxach villa, one of our villas close Pollensa old town, is situated in a little oasis in the exclusive La Font area of Pollensa and is no more than a 15 minute walk to the old town.

What a pretty traditionally styled house this is. The 8 metre pool is set amongst half an acre of lawned gardens, tropical trees and plants, an excellent setting for some perfect Spanish villa holidays. If you are looking for a Majorca villa with a pool, then this property is fully recommended.

From a shaded covered porch you enter the bungalow style accommodation directly into the formal air- conditioned lounge/dining room, which runs the full length of the house. There is a wood burning stove for early and late season lets and the whole area is furnished to a high standard in Mallorcan fabrics.

Leading off from the dining area is the well fitted kitchen, which comes complete with dishwasher and microwave. From the rear of the kitchen is the traditionally furnished snug, which houses a breakfast/dining table, easy style rockers, Spanish digital satellite TV (limited English channels), DVD player and an old character fireplace. Off the formal lounge there is a pretty single bedroom, and attractive double bedroom and a twin bedroom and these share the full family bathroom.

Outside the rear covered terrace has large dining table, which overlooks the brick built barbeque kitchen. This area also contains a further shower and WC and there is a washing machine in the adjacent laundry to ensure you have everything required to make your Majorca villa holidays perfect.

There are a number of excellent activities and things to do around the area for everyone. Laze about on the local beaches on the soft sands or get active and enjoy some cycling in Majorca.

For those that love the Old Town of Pollensa, then villa Plomer is the ideal choice for you. With mature gardens, this villa offers peace and privacy yet within an easy stroll of the central square in the Old Town. An ideal meeting place for a morning coffee or evening dinner whilst soaking up the local atmosphere.

Whilst keeping its traditional Mallorcan style, this villa has been lovingly renovated and offers comfortable and stylish accommodation. The villa has a gated entrance into large, mature gardens with plenty of fruit trees around. The traditional wooden entrance door opens into the lounge/dining room. With exposed wooden beams and stone walls, this villa has real character. The lounge is comfortably furnished and offers DVD player, music system and satellite television. A stone archway leads into the well fitted kitchen and this has dishwasher and washing machine for your added benefit.

On the first floor is a pretty double bedroom and this has French doors opening onto its own balcony. Also on this level is a twin bedroom and these bedrooms share a full bathroom.

The villa has the advantage of a separate annex - ideal for a nanny or grandparents and this has a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room.

The pool is set away from the villa in the large gardens. There are steps into the shallow end for children. For those perfect alfresco meals and cool, poolside drinks, there is an outdoor kitchen with oven, fridge and the stone barbecue.

The perfect villa for soaking up the Pollensa sunshine and yet so conveniently close to all that the Old Town has to offer.

My family and I (4 adults and 1 child) stayed at Can Plomer for a week in June 2010. Although I have been to Majorca many times before, I had never visited Pollensa. Having a young child (15 months old at the time), we wanted to be within walking distance of the old town and this villa suited perfectly as it was a 10-15 minute flat walk to all the lovely shops, bars and restaurants -very easy with a pushchair!
It's a lovely place to stay and in a quiet area but close to all the amenties. My partner, myself and our child had the bedrooms in the house and my parents utilised the annexe which is attached to the house.i would recommend that you have a car to visit the beaches or other parts of the island but if you just want to explore the old town, no need. There are plenty of large supermarkets about to obtain everything you need. I recommend using Villa Select to all of my family and friends as they were superb at meeting my special requests in terms of supplying a wooden cot for my son (rather than a travel cot) where many other villa companies failed to even think about investigating this notion and special thanks to Mark Bruno who was faultless in his service and attention to detail throughout. The rep in resort was also top notch! We loved Pollensa and are thinking of returning this year with Villa Select as they are just fabulous! Thank you again.

A sister property of our beautiful Casesnovas villa superbly located just down the lane and although it is slightly smaller, this luxury villa with a pool in Puerto Pollensa, Majorca is of equally stunning beauty and elegance. Completed during autumn 2007, Villa Son Rotger is decorated with top quality contemporary furnishings throughout and again uses the best of local stone and wood. Son Rotger is another one of our top luxury villas in our Pollensa programme.
A gated drive leads off from the lane and into a large parking area. From the covered porch you enter into the comfortably furnished open plan lounge/dining room which features a modern chimney, plasma satellite TV system (limited English channels) and DVD. Patio doors lead out onto the covered terrace overlooking the pool and ideal venue for those meals outdoors, or just sitting and relaxing in an idyllic holiday atmosphere. The stunning modern fitted kitchen has ceramic hob, dishwasher and microwave, then leading off from here is another informal dining area with large sliding patio doors which again takes you to the pool and terraces. There is also a fully equipped laundry room with washing machine.

On this ground floor level an inner hall then leads to two very pretty air-conditioned twin bedrooms. On this level also, there is a shower room with WC and also a full family bathroom.

An attractive staircase then leads from the lounge to the magnificent air-conditioned master double bedroom with queen size bed, complete dressing room and en-suite bathroom with large corner bath. Patio doors open out onto a private terrace that has beautiful panoramic views over the Bay of Pollensa.

Son Rotger is air-conditioned throughout for your added comfort.

Outside the L shaped porch is well furnished for dining and lounging al fresco and looks out over the terraces and lawns and the surrounding open countryside. As the garden matures the lovely flowerbeds, shrubs and trees will burst into bloom and ensure that the villas sun drenched patio offers peace and privacy to the most discerning of clients. There is a stone built barbeque located on the terrace adjacent to the kitchen for your added convenience. Taking pride of place amongst the terraces is the 11 metre swimming pool with Roman steps into a shallow end for children.

The villas furnishings will be basically the same as with villa Casesnovas and so it is not hard to understand that this lovely new property more than adequately deserves its 5 grade status. We therefore recommend early booking on this property.

This villa is absolutely wonderful. Contemporary inside, traditional outside. It is by far the best villa that we have ever stayed in. It was immaculate inside and out. It is in a lovely position, and from the balconies of the master bedroom you can see the bay of Pollenca, it was beautiful. We would certainly return to this villa. The owner, Marga, called in to see if we were happy with everything. She was very welcoming. I must say that Villa Select are fantastic, the attention to detail could not be bettered. We will not be using any other villa holiday company from now on!

Spent a week in villa Son Rotger with my family in the early summer of 2009, the property is finished to a very high standard with excellent facilities and fittings.

The villa is in a secluded hillside location with impressive and unspoilt views on all sides. Finding the villa for the first time (especially at night ... which is what we had to do) is a challenge. The approach road is a single lane track that winds up the hillside and villa signage could be improved.

Once in the villa and familiar with the surroundings then the value of the secluded location comes to the fore.

The pool and patio area is a good size and benefits from the sun all day.
The first floor balconies on both sides of the main bedroom also offer excellent sun worshipping locations.

Kitchen is very well equipped and space for dining is good both indoors and out.

The air conditioning system was rather temperamental during our visit and with it not working correctly we had some rather unpleasant nights when the indoor temperature was in excess of 30 degrees.

Seating in the lounge area was fine for 3-4 people but any more than that and it got rather cramped having to squeeze onto a couple of arm chairs and a two seater sofa. The villa would be improved by having more sofa based seating inside - we all need a bit of time out of the sun or somewhere to stretch out in the evening and this was rather difficult at Son Rotger.

All in all a very comfortable villa and one that is worthy of inclusion in the 'premier collection' - we had a lovely week of unbroken sunshine in an excellent villa. A more reliable air-con system and better comfy seating indoors would have made our stay perfect.

Allowing for situation, views, quality of the villa and its fittings, this is the best villa we have stayed in, in over 20 years of renting.
Two or three bits which may help future renters; The brochure mentions the windy lane!! They are not joking, we had a C4 Citroen and in several places the distance warning beepers on both corners of the car were going off at the same time. The smallest car you can manage with and hire/excess insurance will save some panics, especially if you arrive late at night as we did.
The reps and pamphlets concentrate on P/Pollensa but do not overlook Alcudia, especially the old town. On this subject a section for visitors comments in the V/Select guide in the villa might be handy.
The cats at the villa,especially the siamese are very crafty and attention seeking, we are not particular cat fans but did not pick up any unwanted visitors from them.
We found the best food at "Stay" on the front at P/Pollensa.

Villa C'an Venzala Description

Villa C'an Venzala is situated overlooking open fields in the 'La Font' area, close to the old town of Pollensa. The port of Pollensa with its selection of shops and restaurants and sandy beach, is within a 10 minute drive.

The villa is a total rebuild of an old stone olive house so full of charm with many of its original and quirky features being meticulously and lovingly restored and, combined with modern day comforts, make this a most unusual, yet comfortable, family villa. Set in a field of ancient fig trees, the villa is reached via a quiet, country lane up to the gated entrance and parking area.

A traditional vine covered porch leads into the open plan living/dining, which has a feature stone wall, is most attractively furnished and has satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player and log burning stove for early and late season stays. The well fitted kitchen comes complete with dishwasher and microwave and there is comfortable dining for four persons. On the ground floor level is a large pretty air-conditioned twin bedded room with a beautifully tiled bathroom adjacent.

Stairs lead up from the open plan living area to the second double bedded room, which has shower room en-suite. The two bedrooms make this Pollensa villa perfect for a family of 4 or even a small group.

There is a little path which leads you past the original outhouse where there is now a laundry with washing machine and an outside cloakroom with WC, to the lovely barbeque kitchen area, which overlooks the pool. Here the 8 metre swimming pool has Roman steps into a shallow end for children and the terraces are well furnished for sitting and relaxing or dining al-fresco in this lovely setting.

Villas in Majorca with a private pool, in particular villas in Pollensa are excellent destinations for any type of holiday and offer a wide range of advantages over staying in a typical hotel. Eat whenever and wherever you want; swim when the desire comes, whether it be at mid-day or mid-night! There are a number of activities on offer however we recommend you hire a bike and enjoy some of the spectacular cycling in Majorca.

My son and his family joined us for our early summer holiday at Pollenca and we were all delighted with the villa and particularly, its owner Miguel who ensured everything went well. It was beautifully presented and had several thoughtful touches that clearly demonstrated its careful family's ownership. We liked the quiet rural setting, yet also had quick access to Old Pollenca, Old Alcudia and several varying beaches within a relatively short drive. The local Vineyards near Pollenca and Old Towns are well worth a visit.

A really pretty stone-clad villa set in over an acre of land and surrounded by stone walled fields in a lovely rural setting. The bay and beaches of Port de Pollensa are no more than 10 minutes by car offering many activities including some excellent cycling in Majorca. Villa El Cel is reached down a private drive off a sleepy lane in an area dotted with beautiful country houses.
All our luxury Spanish holiday villas in Majorca with a private pool are fantastically furnished to provide holidaymakers with the perfect holiday experience and this property is no exception.
The front entrance is reached over a covered terrace, which overlooks the pool and is a perfect spot for sitting, reading and dining al-fresco in perfect peace and privacy. Inside the compact accommodation offers every amenity. The most comfortably furnished air-conditioned lounge/dining room has feature stonewall, Spanish digital satellite TV (limited English programmes), DVD player and Sony Playstation 2. The wood burning stove is available for your use for early and late season lets. Wireless internet connection is also available, please bring your own computer. The open plan kitchen is well fitted and has dishwasher and microwave and there is a washing machine in the utility. On this level also are two air-conditioned twin bedrooms, both dressed in local fabrics and these share a wonderful full family bathroom.

Stairs lead from the lounge to an enclosed mezzanine floor with sloping tiled roof and the third bedroom. This is a pretty air-conditioned double which has a shower room with WC en-suite.

The villa is air-conditioned throughout for your added benefit.

Outside the house faces away from any neighbouring properties towards the bay and so catches the sun all day. The lovely 8 metre pool has steps into a shallow end for children and is surrounded by well-furnished sun terraces and there is a table tennis table for your added enjoyment. There is a brick built barbeque for those meals outdoors in what is a most glorious setting.

Villa C'an Justo is set in its own grounds down a rural country lane but is still within easy walking distance of the old town of Pollensa with its wonderful selection of traditional shops, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets.

This bungalow villa in Majorca faces the dramatic backdrop of the mountain range and has very pretty gardens all around. The entrance leads directly into the air-conditioned/heated lounge/dining room which is cleverly divided by a half wall. The lounge area is most comfortably furnished and has wood burning stove, digital satellite TV (limited English channels) and DVD player.

The superbly fitted kitchen has dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and microwave. A rear door opens onto a very attractive covered porch with barbecue and the whole area is furnished for dining out doors.

On one side of the house is the air-conditioned master double bedroom with full bathroom en-suite, whilst on the other side of the property there are two further pretty air-conditioned bedrooms, a double and a twin. These two bedrooms share a most extravagant shower with double showerheads and water jets incorporated in the wall.

The villa is air-conditioned throughout for your added benefit.

Outside the large covered porch is well furnished and the 8.5 metre pool is set amongst spacious terraces and gardens and has roman steps into a shallow end for children. There is a utility room by the pool which houses a WC, washing machine and laundry facilities.

There are a huge range of activities available to you in and around this area. For the active bodies why not try your hand at soiling, walking or some excellent cycling in Majorca. If lazing about is your thing then visit the beach with its soft sands and beautiful warm water.

Villa holidays in Majorca and particularly holiday villas in Pollensa are excellent places for that perfect family holiday. This superb property is a great venue for holiday in Majorca so book soon before you miss out on the chance to enjoy the stunning Spanish sun in true luxury.

C'an Justo could be classed as a 'countryside' villa yet the centre of the old town of Pollenca is only a 10/15 minute walk away; ideal for visiting one of the many restaurants there without having to worry about drinking and driving.

The villa itself is pleasantly decorated and furnished and the large shaded terrace is handy for escaping from the midday sun. The garden is nicely planted and the whole outside area is quiet and secluded.

At Villa C'an Pou, you cannot help but feel that you are entering into one of those lovely houses featured in a typical Mediterranean House and Garden magazine. It’s impossible not to be impressed with the tasteful way the owners have blended lovingly restored antiques with contemporary artworks and modern comfortable furnishings.

Set amongst exotic plants and palm trees, this stone clad bungalow is designed for the perfect villa holiday.

Radiating from the impressive arched entrance hall, to the front of the villa, are the pretty bedrooms, two twin bedded rooms and one double bedded room which are served by two full family bathrooms, one with an additional walk in shower.

Through the arches you then pass into the lounge with TV/DVD and satellite (limited channels) and a music system, and the adjacent fully fitted kitchen/dining room. The stylish kitchen also comes equipped with dishwasher and microwave and a walk-in pantry.

There are large patio doors that lead out from both the lounge and kitchen area to the covered porch that stretches the width of the house and overlooks the garden. Here there is also a brick built BBQ kitchen area for that wonderful dining al-fresco.

The utility room with washing machine and outside shower room is located just off the porch.

Taking pride of place alongside the lawns, pampas grass, fishpond and an ancient olive tree is the 10 by 5 metre pool with gentle Roman steps.
Step outside the property and you will find a large range of activities on offer to you, from cycling in Majorca to some excellent dining along the beach.

We were a party of 4 including 7 & 8 year old children on our 10th visit to the Pollenca area all in villas and Can Pou is fantastic. The 3 bedrooms are all of an equal size with 2 smart bathrooms - one bathroom has an over the bath shower but don't let that put you off and there is no actual en suite bathroom to the main bedroom.
The actual living space is vast for the size of property especially if you include the outside verandah. Great sized kitchen and with separate utility. The pool is fabulous especially as it has the side roman steps for the kids to climb in and out.

The position is nice and rural but there are neighbours quite close next door but the planting/screening is clever and you are totally private. The best part is sitting by the pool of an evening glugging a G&T watching the sunset on the hills - stress is just a memory.

These lead out onto a large balcony which is comfortably furnished and is an ideal spot for enjoying the panoramic views across the Pollensa bay.

Off from the lounge is the well fitted kitchen which benefits from dishwasher and microwave and there is a washing machine in the adjoining laundry room.

At the rear of the apartment are the three bedrooms. Villa C’an Bernardo is most conveniently situated in the exclusive Llenaire residential area, an excellent location for holiday villas, just a few minutes’ walk from the sea front on the outskirts of Port de Pollensa. The centre of the port is a comfortable 20 minute walk down the sea front passing many bars and restaurants on the way. Here you can find a huge variety of things to do; we recommend you try some fantastic sailing in Majorca.

The Puerto Pollensa villa is reached up a short gated drive through mature lawned gardens on two sides overlooked by shaded sun terraces which have been so designed that at least one of them catches the sun during each part of the day. The house is entered via a spacious hall which has a cloakroom with WC and sweeping staircase to a galleried landing. To the right is the most comfortably furnished lounge, which has a white suite and has satellite TV (limited channels) and DVD Player. An arch then leads you through to the formal dining room, which faces the rear of the villa and the swimming pool and gardens.

The well fitted kitchen runs the width of the house and has its own comfortable seating area, breakfast bar unit, dishwasher and microwave. The adjacent pantry and laundry has a washing machine for your added convenience. Patio doors open out from the kitchen to a very large covered terrace, which runs the length of the villa. Here there is outside dining for eight and a brick built barbeque nearby for those meals al-fresco. This lovely area overlooks the pool and rear gardens so that children can be supervised at all times.

Upstairs are four air-conditioned bedrooms and these consist of two twin bedded rooms, a double and these share the full family bathroom. The master double bedroom boasts bathroom en-suite.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned for your added benefit.

Outside the villa offers lawned gardens, spacious well-furnished sun terraces and a delightful 9 metre swimming pool with Roman steps into a shallow end for children. C'an Bernardo has the added benefit of a perfect location, close to all the amenities of Port de Pollensa and is a great choice for a family holiday in Majorca.

What a very grand and gracious house this is, situated just off the old town of Pollensa by-pass on a very private plot surrounded by large, lawned gardens and high hedges. The old town is no more than a 10-15 minute walk, ideally situated for your Majorca villa holiday if you do not want to use your car in the evening.

Villa C'as Teo is just made for outside living and dining. No other house in the Villa Select programme has such spacious terraces, both open and covered and furnished to a very high standard. A superb feature of this area is the barbeque kitchen with large refectory table.

Inside this beautiful private home you cannot help but be impressed with the opulence and style that the owner has provided. The attractive hall has a downstairs bathroom and leading off on this level is the lounge/dining room with feature fireplace, satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player and air-conditioning. Doors lead out to the covered dining terraces, whilst from the rear of the dining area the beautifully fitted kitchen boasts dishwasher and microwave. There is a washing machine in the garage.

The large staircase which leads up to the bedroom accommodation, consists of a most attractive twin bedroom, a pretty double bedroom and a further double with king-size bed. A second family bathroom services these rooms. Finally the very large and gracious master double bedroom suite has patio doors onto a large terrace with lovely views towards Puig Maria. It has dressing area and very elegant full bathroom en-suite.

There are few villas available for rental with such large lawned gardens as C'as Teo. The lovely 8 metre pool takes pride of place and is surrounded by sun terraces and a pretty gazebo. At the bottom of the garden the owner has created an ornamental sitting area, which is an ideal spot for drinks before dinner.

Simply an outstanding Pollensa villa ideally situated with private gardens yet close to the Old Town of Pollensa. A slight hum of traffic noise may be heard, however, the garden is mature and private.
Villas in Pollensa old town are in high demand due to the wide variety of activities on offer around the area, for example there are some excellent chances for some scenic walking in Majorca. So to ensure you have your perfect holiday in old town Pollensa, book early to avoid disappointment!

Possibly one of, and if not the finest villas to rent in Port de Pollensa. Villas such as this rarely ever come onto the rental market and we are delighted to have Villa C'an Pedro in our Pollensa collection.

This Puerto Pollensa villa is situated on a large corner plot in a quiet exclusive residential area known as Llenaire, just 250 yards from the seafront and approximately 25 minutes’ walk to the centre of the Port area. Opposite to our incredibly popular Casa Francesca this beautiful property is the private home of Francesca's owner. Designed in an even more gracious style it is most opulently furnished with marble tiling throughout, making this a true luxury Majorca villa.

A few steps lead up from the gated entrance to the front door and from here you walk into the most impressive hall, the centrepiece of which is an imposing staircase leading to the first floor. There is also a cloakroom with WC for your added convenience. Leading off from the right is a most comfortably furnished air-conditioned L shaped lounge with both leather and fabric sofas, digital satellite TV (limited English channels) and DVD player. Large French windows open out onto a beautifully furnished covered porch, pool and lawned area. To the left of the lounge is the formal elegant air-conditioned dining room and on the opposite side of the hall comes the superbly fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob and oven and this has a fitted dining area to one side. Adjacent to the kitchen is the laundry with washing machine and dryer, walk in pantry and exit onto the back terrace, where the brick built barbeque is located.

The feature staircase leads up to the first floor and the four spacious air-conditioned bedrooms. The first is a double with full bathroom en-suite and patio doors open out onto a small terrace. Bedrooms two and three are twin bedded rooms, both having patio doors onto a terrace and these share the beautifully fitted family bathroom. Finally, the lovely master bedroom suite has double bed, full bathroom en-suite with bath, walk-in shower and separate WC and bidet. Patio doors open out from this very spacious accommodation onto a small terrace.

The very large billiard room with wooden flooring is also situated on this first floor level and has full size billiard table for your added enjoyment. There is also a sofa bed in this room for an extra person if required, although there are no formal bedroom fittings in this room.

The house is air-conditioned throughout (set on a timer) for your added benefit.

Outside the superb 8 metre kidney shaped pool, with shallow end for children is situated to the corner of the villa and is surrounded by high walled hedges and spacious terraces, which are well furnished in either teak or wrought iron. This is an ideal venue for relaxing or dining al fresco. A lawned area surrounds the house except at the rear where the barbeque is situated. It isn’t difficult to see why guests find it tough to tear themselves away from this stunning villa but if you do, you will discover some truly fantastic opportunities available for your delight, for example why not try your hand at a bit of sailing in Majorca.

Villa Casa Francesca would not feel out of place on Malibu beach! Located in a residential area of Port de Pollensa, this Pollensa holiday villa is just 250 yards from the seafront and approximately 25 minutes’ walk to the centre of the Port.

Architecturally designed in a most modern and gracious style and centrally heated for winter lets, we are seldom offered such a beautiful luxury villa in Puerto Pollensa, Majorca with these exceptional facilities so close to the beach and centre of things.

This family villa with its own pool is reached via a few steps up to the porch entrance and sunken garden. There is also a ramp for wheelchair access. Leading off from the spacious central hall is a cloakroom with WC. Located here also is the first of the pretty twin bedrooms, which has been especially designed to accommodate a wheelchair and this has a spacious shower room (wet room) again ideal for wheelchair users.

Leading forward from the hall is the very large L-shaped lounge/dining room, which is most opulently furnished. Floor to ceiling patio doors lead from both the dining area and lounge onto the rear terrace and pool. There is a TV with digital satellite facility (limited English channels) and DVD Player for your added enjoyment. The kitchen is bright and modern and superbly tiled and offers dishwasher and microwave. Patio doors again lead from the kitchen onto the terrace and an excellent outside dining facility. Leading off from the kitchen is a utility room, which houses a washing machine.

A feature staircase leads up from the hall to the first floor level. Here are sited two very pretty air-conditioned bedrooms, one twin and one double, each with full bathroom en-suite and patio doors lead onto an individual side terrace. The master double bedroom is a major feature of the first floor; it is air-conditioned and has dressing area, large sumptuous bathroom en-suite and separate walk-in shower. Patio doors lead out onto a spacious and most attractive terrace, which overlook the pool and garden.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned for your added benefit.

Outside, the patio and terraces are set in tropical lawned gardens and are a real suntrap. The 8 metre pool, set between the house and barbeque kitchen, has steps down to the shallow end for children. The ornate barbeque kitchen is a focal point of the outside area and makes living and dining al-fresco a real delight. There is also an outside shower for use by the pool.

There are many things to do in and around the area, for example why not try some sailing in Majorca or some scenic walking through the countryside.

Possibly one of the finest luxury Pollensa villas for rental in the Port de Pollensa area and early booking will be essential.

Over the years Villa Les Tires has become a firm favourite with Villa Select clients. Situated approximately 4 miles from Port de Pollensa, it commands breath-taking views across open countryside and the beautiful Bay of Pollensa towards Formentor in the distance. It offers peace and quiet, but with every amenity within a 10 minute drive and a variety of activities, for example some cycling in Majorca, right at your doorstep. Port de Pollensa is in one direction along the Bay, whilst a little closer is the old town of Alcudia with its old roman walls, shops, restaurants and beaches.

The large 12 metre pool with steps takes pride of place to the front of this Pollensa Bay villa and is set amongst lawned gardens. There is an inviting front covered terrace complete with brick built barbecue and traditional Mallorcan baker's oven. This area is designed for outside living and has dining facilities as well as a plentiful supply of outside furniture for relaxing under the sun. The owners have laid out an attractive seating area on the opposite side of the house, which provides plentiful shade and incorporates an old olive tree.

This Majorca family villa is entered directly into a comfortably furnished lounge with feature fireplace. To one side of the lounge is the first of the five air-conditioned bedrooms and this has an antique style double bed. On the opposite side of the lounge there is a most attractive shower room with WC, which boasts large walk-in shower. A door leads from the lounge towards the front of the property and the enormous dining/kitchen, which is very well fitted and comes complete with dishwasher, microwave and washing machine and there is also a separate deep freeze. In the kitchen also is to be found the Spanish digital satellite TV (limited English channels), DVD player and Sony Playstation 2. The long refectory table seats 10 with ease and there is a feature fireplace at one end of the room. A door leads from the kitchen onto the barbeque terrace.

An open sided staircase leads from the lounge to the first floor and the four remaining bedrooms. There are two double bedrooms, one with windows to the front and pool view and two pretty twin bedrooms, plus two further full bathrooms, which service this accommodation. For that private sun bathing there is also a small sun terrace on this level.

This contemporary villa with its own pool is one of our most popular luxury villas in Pollensa. With the same owner as our villa Francesca and Pedro, you can be guaranteed of a high standard of fixtures and fittings at villa Ca Na Magda.

Set in the valley below the mountains that run from the Port de Pollensa to Cala San Vicente and within a 15-20 minute walk to the centre of the resort, Villa Ca Na Magda is a spectacular bungalow property in Puerto Pollensa. There are a huge variety of activities on offer just minutes away, from sailing to cycling in Majorca.

The driveway leads to the terraces and lawns that surround the 10 x 4 metre pool. The brick built barbeque is located here and outside dining can be enjoyed with the views of the surrounding mountains and open fields.

You enter into the villa into a spacious, airy and elegant lounge with satellite TV (limited channels) and DVD player. This then leads into the open plan kitchen/diner which is fully equipped with dishwasher and microwave. Patio doors lead from the kitchen onto the pool terrace. At the rear of the kitchen is a cloakroom and laundry and the washing machine is located here.

Off from the lounge are the four bedrooms each with shower room en-suite. There are two large, twin bedded rooms both furnished in a modern style and two further bedrooms have magnificent and modern four poster king size beds.

We were one of the first to rent this villa after it's completion. After some worries of arriving at a building site, we were all relieved to arrive and see the villa in a completed state. The garden was very mature considering the fact that 8 weeks ago it was a dusty field and the house was faultless. It has adopted an open plan layout with a suitably large sitting room area for a family of 8 adults.
The air conditioning was a highlight as it was completely integrated into the entire house and controlled via zoned thermostats. The bedrooms are of good size and the fact that they have 6ft beds truly added to the comfort of the holiday. The house is nicely tucked away from the hustle and bustle but the town is a short drive away, or a walk if the weather is not too hot. The only slight negative is that the pool could have had a slightly more luxurious feel but really this is just down to taste.

Managing director's choice - why not call and speak to our managing director Carl for more information as he has enjoyed his own personal holiday at villa El Solaz.

The villa is situated just behind Port de Pollensa in a residential area, yet the centre of the town with all its attractions is a mere 15-minute stroll away.

The house is reached off the pool terrace into a very large split-level lounge/dining room which is comfortably furnished and has satellite TV (limited programmes)and DVD Player. From the rear of the dining area, an inner hall leads to the fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher. On this level also are the three air-conditioned bedrooms, a twin with shower and WC en-suite, plus a further double and a second twin which share a lovely shower room. From a corner of the dining area, a wooden spiral staircase takes you to the first floor and a huge landing bedroom (not air-conditioned) with a single bed settee. Off from this room is a large air-conditioned twin bedded room and the third full bathroom.

The first floor is ideal for teenagers or a second small family as it is self-contained. However, small children could find the spiral staircase a hazard without supervision.

The bedrooms are air-conditioned at no extra charge (set on a timer).

Outside on the terrace the 8 metre pool with shallow end for children takes pride of place and there is plenty of garden furniture for dining or relaxing and also a superb brick-built barbeque.

Finally in the utility room there is a washing machine for your added convenience.

With Casa Dos being next door, these two villas offer ideal accommodation for larger groups and are ideally located within easy walking distance of the port.

Yet another sister to our ever popular sell out houses of El Madrava, Tatoli, Son Cisterna and Lleida. The talented owner has done it yet again, but this time with a three bedroomed, three bathroomed, stone clad house situated in over an acre of land. This Puerto Pollensa villa is a superb property and is surely one of the jewels in our crown.

Reached via a long drive, Villa El Figueral 'The Fig Tree', faces towards the dramatic backdrop of mountains which run to Formentor and is conveniently situated halfway between the old town of Pollensa and the Port.

The grandiose front entrance leads directly into the impressive lounge/dining room with its feature fireplace, Spanish satellite TV (limited English channels), DVD player and comfortable furnishings. A set of double patio doors then lead out onto an enormous covered terrace, which in turn overlooks the pool and barbeque house. Off from here also leads the bright, modern kitchen, which is beautifully fitted and comes complete with dishwasher and microwave. The open plan dining room leads off from the far side of the kitchen and a laundry/utility room houses a washing machine.

On this level also is the first of the villa's three bathrooms, a shower room with WC and vanity unit.

Stairs from the lounge lead to the upstairs air-conditioned accommodation, which consists of two large twin bedded rooms with picture windows overlooking open countryside and the second full bathroom. Doors from the landing lead out onto a large open terrace, which directly overlooks the gardens and pool area. Finally there is the master double bedroom, which has its own private access to the upper terrace and has large bathroom with corner bath en-suite.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned for your added benefit.

Outside no expense has been spared as with all his houses, in providing the finest facilities for outdoor living. A completely separate barbeque house is to be found adjacent to the unusually shaped 10 metre pool, complete with mermaid! A Jacuzzi is a wonderful added feature to the pool and the Jacuzzi is heated during the months of April, May & October.

Dining outdoors is a real pleasure here, either at the barbeque or under the covered terrace by the pool. There is also a table tennis table for your added enjoyment. Step outside the villa and tear yourself away from the property to discover some of the many activities on offer to you for example some wonderful walking and cycling in Majorca.

Of all our villas near Pollensa Old Town, this is simply one of our most popular houses and early booking is highly recommended.

Situated directly underneath Can Bisbal in an area renowned for its excellent Majorca holiday apartments, Apartment Casa Faro boasts a large garden and covered outside stone arched patios to the front of the property. These open by way of a gate directly onto the Pine Walk and sea front, an excellent spot for some walking in Majorca, and are well furnished for both dining, relaxing and watching the world go by.

The front entrance is reached from the rear of the property and directly into an inner hall, off from which three of the four bedrooms radiate. There are two pretty air-conditioned twins, plus an air-conditioned single bedded room and each has its own shower and WC en-suite. The master double bedded room faces the front of the property, has picture windows overlooking the Pine Walk and this is accessed from the living area and has full bathroom en-suite.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned for your added benefit.

The lounge/dining room is comfortably furnished and has satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player, CD player and feature fireplace. A large picture window and patio door gives direct access to the front terrace. The well fitted kitchen leads off from the dining area and comes complete with dishwasher. It is hard to believe that this superb 'finca style' property appeared in the very first brochure that we ever produced some 28 years ago. Since that time however the owner has extended and refurbished the villa and redesigned the beautiful pool complex. Situated in the exclusive La Font area of Pollensa and just a 15 minute walk into the old town, Villa La Sort is surrounded by large tropical gardens, fruit trees, extensive lawns and a fishpond. There is so much space that it is a tremendous venue for families with young children.

This Mallorcan family villa is reached via a gated drive and up to a large parking area. Covered terraces then lead to the most impressive front entrance, which in turn opens out into a vaulted ceiling entrance hall full of old artefacts and stonework. Leading off from here is the enormous lounge/dining room with beautiful woodwork, feature fireplace, digital satellite TV (limited English channels) and DVD. For those that like to keep in touch with the outside world whilst away, internet connection is available; please bring your own computer. There is a further comfortably furnished snug, which has air-conditioning/heating. The breakfast/kitchen is well fitted and comes complete with dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine and has a door leading to the barbeque patio and pool area for easy access. On this ground floor level also is the first of the four air-conditioned bedrooms, a rather grand double with full family bathroom adjacent.

An impressive pine staircase then leads up to the first floor and two further spacious twin bedrooms, a pretty double and two attractive full family bathrooms. The owner has used local Mallorcan fabrics throughout these rooms and the woodwork and tiling is superb.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned/heated for your added benefit and the villa is also centrally heated for off-season rentals.

Outside this villa really stands out from the crowd. There is a centrally heated covered barbeque kitchen and dining area, which has sliding glazed doors for the cooler season and the most beautiful 10 metre pool has a built in Jacuzzi section and steps into a shallow end for children. Surrounding the pool are delightfully furnished sun terraces for lazing and relaxing under the Mallorcan sunshine and these overlook colourful gardens, just the perfect place for peace and privacy.

Port de Pollensa and its beaches are just a 10 minute drive away and with the nearby old town, Villa La Sort is the perfect choice for families who wish to enjoy the comforts of a really exclusive Mallorca holiday villa with its own private pool.

Villa El Madrava is a truly fantastic villa in the Puerto Pollensa area. Set in an acre of open countryside two miles from Pollensa and less than 10 minutes from Port de Pollensa, this beautiful house offers total peace and privacy for the most discerning of clients.

Finished in local stone to a most attractive design, its carpenter owner has made much use of local wood throughout.

Taking pride of place amidst the villa's large lawned gardens is a 10 metre kidney-shaped swimming pool with Jacuzzi section for your added enjoyment. The garden is complemented by attractive stone terraces, fishponds, a large barbeque kitchen and a table tennis table.

The interior is reached via an impressive covered front entrance and into a large well-furnished lounge/dining room, which runs the complete length of the house. There is a stone feature fireplace, Spanish digital satellite TV (limited English channels, DVD player and Sony Playstation 2. Patio doors lead out onto an attractive covered terrace overlooking the pool and gardens, which is an ideal focal point for dining al-fresco. The villa has internet access; please bring your own computer. The large well fitted kitchen comes complete with dishwasher and microwave and there is a washing machine in the utility area. On this level also are two pretty air-conditioned bedrooms, a twin with shower and WC en-suite and a double with full bathroom adjacent. There is also a further full family bathroom. Stairs then lead up to the first floor where a spacious double and twin, both air-conditioned, are to be found. The fourth of the villas pretty bathrooms is adjacent to these rooms.

Puerto Pollensa holidays are becoming increasingly more popular. With so much to do in this fantastic area, from enjoying some excellent food and lazing on the beach to enjoying some wonderful sailing and scenic walking in Majorca, it isn’t difficult to see why this is so. This has resulted in an increase in demand for holiday lettings, not just here but throughout Majorca. This Puerto Pollensa property is simply one of our favourites. Apartment C'an Bisbal Description

This beautiful family apartment in Majorca is in a wonderful location and no more than 50 yards from the Illa D'Or Hotel and along the famous Pine Walk. Apartment C'an Bisbal is the upstairs apartment above our Casa Faro and it boasts a wonderful terrace overlooking the sea with direct access down an ornamental flight of steps to its own entrance off the Pine Walk.

The main entrance to the apartment is from the rear and into a spacious hallway. Leading off from here is an air-conditioned twin bedded room, which has access to a shower room with WC (this can be accessed from the hall also). There is another pretty air-conditioned twin bedded room and a further shower room with WC. A small, twin bedroom (not air-conditioned) is also available; however, as this room has small beds and is an internal room with no outside windows, we feel that this room is more suitable for children or teenagers only. The master double bedroom, which faces the front and those glorious views to the sea, has a full family bathroom adjacent.

Three bedrooms are air-conditioned for your added benefit.

The pretty lounge/dining room, which is comfortably furnished, has satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player and large picture windows with views of the sea. Patio doors lead onto the front terrace, which is well furnished for dining and relaxing and watching the world go by below. The kitchen boasts dishwasher and there is a washing machine in the small laundry.

This Pine Walk apartment is in an ideal position for an easy stroll along the Pine Walk into the Port, where you can try some fantastic sailing in Majorca, and a variety of other activities this lovely area has to offer.

This luxury villa in Puerto Pollensa, Majorca with its own pool is set in some 2 acres of ground, just a mile from the Old Town of Pollensa, an excellent spot for some walking in Majorca, and less than 10 minutes by car from Port de Pollensa and its beaches.

Situated in a rural location between the old town and Port de Pollensa, Villa C'an Lleida has been constructed in lovely Mallorcan style with all the flair and panache that we have come to associate with this owner over the years.

This luxury villa in Puerto Pollensa, Majorca is reached via a long drive and into a large parking area from where a ramp leads to the main entrance. On entering the spacious hall complete with 'Cinderella coach' you cannot help but be impressed with the fixtures and style of this grandiose house. To the left is to be found the enormous lounge/dining room, which has arched stone ceiling, feature fireplace, digital satellite TV (limited English channels),DVD player and Sony Playstation 2. This is most attractively and comfortably furnished and is centrally heated for early and late season lets. An inner hall leads on this ground floor level to a most attractive air-conditioned double bedroom and a pretty twin with patio doors leading to the enclosed terrace. Complementing this accommodation is a beautifully tiled family bathroom.

Stairs lead from the hall to the first floor and two further air-conditioned bedrooms. The first is a most attractive twin with bathroom en-suite and patio doors lead out to the upstairs front terrace. The master twin bedroom has full bathroom en-suite and again has access onto the front upstairs terrace, which overlooks the pool. The villa is perfect for early and late season lets and for winter rentals as it has a indoor heated plunge pool. There is a small selection of gym equipment and a relaxing sauna.

For those that like to keep active on holiday, there is a tennis court available for your use however if you venture out away from the property you can find some excellent opportunities for some scenic walking in Majorca

Vila Son Cisterna enjoys the same owner as El Madrava, a man with such taste and eye for design. When constructing Son Cisterna he was determined to recreate old style Mallorcan finca but with all the mod cons. Stone clad throughout he has brought the same stone work inside the house and together with antique artefacts from all over the island, there is no doubt that his aims and objectives have been fully met.

You enter this luxury villa in Pollensa, Majorca through the authentic wooden doors into an imposing entrance hall. Off from this is the dining room, dominated by large glass top dining table constructed from old cart wheels. A comfortable snug/lounge with views of the tennis court and gardens also leads off from here and has Spanish digital satellite TV (limited English channels)and DVD player. The first of the four air-conditioned bedrooms, a double with full bathroom en-suite is located on this level. A further full bathroom can be found here also.

The farmhouse kitchen has kept its character but is fitted with split level hob/oven, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave, all the equipment you would need on your self-catering holiday in Pollensa. Off from the kitchen a pretty breakfast room with marble topped table overlooks the pool.

The upstairs is reached by a rustic staircase and here are to be found three air-conditioned bedrooms. Two double bedrooms, both having full bathroom en-suite plus a twin with full bathroom adjacent are located here and all bedrooms have fabulous views of the pool, countryside and sea beyond or towards the mountains of Formentor.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned for your added benefit.

Outside the large covered terrace affording shade from the midday sun, overlooks the gardens and pool, whilst the barbecue is a real feature of this super area and makes dining outdoors such a pleasure.

The ornate swimming pool is built out of rock (some of which is submerged) and has a separate jacuzzi. The pool offers a variety of depths to suit all the family.

The owner has added a fitness area for those clients that like to keep active whilst away. There's a small gym, sauna and indoor heated pool for your own private use! For a more varied exercise, why not try some of the excellent walking in Majorca on offer to you. And for those that like to keep in touch with the outside world, there's internet access (not wireless), please bring your own compatible computer.

Finally the villa is centrally heated for early or late season renting. The all-weather floodlit tennis court is available to our clients staying here, at a supplement of 50 pounds/70 Euros per week (please bring your own rackets and balls.) This facility must be booked in the UK before departure.

This superb villa is also available to rent during the winter months.

Villa Casa Lluna Description

Casa Lluna is located in the foothills of the mountains just above La Font. It is private and tranquil but just a few minutes drive from both the beaches and amenities of Puerto Pollensa and the charming old own of Pollensa. Accommodation: This lovely villa has contemporary, spacious bright rooms over looking the terraces, infinity swimming pool and wonderful views.

Set over two floors, there are four bedrooms (the fourth bedroom is recommended for children) and three bathrooms. One double bedroom is on the ground floor, with en suite and terrace, and the other three bedrooms, double, twin and master (with en suite and terrace) are on the first floor.

The huge double height entrance hall leads off to the bedrooms, sitting/dining room and onto the outside terraces. The large terrace surrounding the ground floor is accessed from all rooms, with plenty of space and privacy for everyone, as well as two further sun terraces off the double bedrooms. There is a modern kitchen with up-to-date appliances including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine.

Facilities: Plasma screen TV, Sky, DVD player, CD player, air conditioned bedrooms and broadband Internet access. There is a cook available on request. For children: The owners of the villa have children, so have had child friendliness in mind – there is a gated swimming pool.
