This lovely family villa is located in a peaceful, countryside setting, providing the perfect location for enjoying the Pollensa countryside. The old town of Pollensa is only a 10 minute drive away, as is the port of Pollensa. The pretty old town of Alcudia is also less than 10 minutes drive.

Villa Can Pelate is set on a large plot and provides spacious accommodation throughout and is furnished in a rustic style yet with a modern touch and up-to-date conveniences.

The open plan lounge/dining area is bright and airy and offers a spacious area for relaxing and dining indoors. Patio doors open out onto the poolside terrace.
