Villa Ines is nestled on the outskirts of the popular resort of Cala En Porter. This is our latest addition to our collection of private villas in Menorca.
This neat and modern looking villa is ideal for a family holiday. Completely walled in and away from the main road.
The living room/dining room area has a flat screen TV (no Satellite). The well equipped kitchen also has a small dining area. A washing machine is also provided in the garage/utility room.
Villa Ines has two bedrooms; one double and one twin, these share the family bathroom which is adjacent to these rooms. The bathroom has a toilet, bidet, sink and has a bath with shower attachment.
Each bedroom has a fan, for your added comfort.
Villa Ines – Exterior:
Outside there is a covered terrace which leads off from the kitchen or the living/dining room. The 8 metre swimming pool with roman steps is surrounded by a spacious grassed area. Also there is a brick built barbecue for those Al-fresco meals.
The local shops, supermarkets and restaurants of Cala En Porter are just a 5 minute walk away. The beautiful sandy beach is is around 15 mins walk away (accessed via quite a steep hill)
All in all, Villa Ines is a perfect villa for a couple or small family. Although car hire is not required, we do recommend hiring a car to explore the wonderful family resorts of Menorca, coast and city of Mahon.
