Fig Tree, a stylish villa is ready and waiting for those who love a countryside setting with splendid sea views! Set amongst rolling green hillsides, olive groves and orchards in the valley region of Trapezaki, it is an easy ten-minute walk to the nearest restaurant and mini market, and a further fifteen minutes to the beach.

The traditional stone-built cottage retains the Ionian Islands’ characteristics of a red tiled roof and pergola, and sage green shutters and doors. At the front of the villa is a lovely infinity pool with steps and a ladder, and to the side of the pool terrace is a built-in barbecue. Sun loungers and an umbrella, comfortable rattan chairs and a covered dining area make this terrace the most popular spot! Inside, the tasteful living room has a comfortable sofa and a chandelier in the main seating area, adding a touch of glamour, whilst the practical kitchen covers all the bases needed for a self-catering holiday. Pretty white rafters complement the stone clad interior walls, whilst the double bedroom offers a calm oasis, an ensuite shower room and patio doors opening onto the swimming pool terrace.

The simple lanes criss-cross the countryside and make exploring the area a delight. With neighbouring Lourdas just a short 10-minute drive away.

-Lourdas Beach is an 10 minute drive away. This soft, sandy stretch offers gorgeous turquoise waters and a choice of restaurants and shops.
-Skala is an easy 34 minute drive away. This pleasant town offers a strip of restaurants, quirky shops and amazing ice cream! The beach is pebbly but the water is so clear and beautiful.
