The unique part of this villa, has to be the lovely wrap around balcony which affords the most break taking views of both mountain and sea. This then has a fabulous outdoor seating and lounge area to just soak up those views.

Outside on the terrace is a large wooden table and bench seating up to 10 people. You will also find the superb swimming pool and sun loungers here.

Stairs then lead up to the loft area where you will find the 2nd bedroom and bathroom.  There is then a 2nd staircase that then leads down to the main living space, where you will find open plan living and dining area.  The modern spacious kitchen then accesses the outdoor terraced and pool area with a super seating area set in the shade.  Downstairs on this level is the third bedroom and bathroom en-suite.
