Living/dining room with open plan fitted kitchen. Opens up to a generous covered dining terrace and separate al fresco lounge. Both overlook the splendid garden and pool. Guest cloakroom (WC and basin). One twin bedroom with en suite bathroom opens out onto a terrace and the pool area.
A second bedroom (double) with en suite shower room can have its own separate outside access if preferred (ideal for a separate couple). Staircase to upper floor with two bedrooms (one double bed and one bedroom with twin beds) both with en suite shower room and their own balcony.
