The private swimming pool and spacious terraces enjoy beautiful views towards the surrounding mountains, creating a tranquil setting in which to relax and enjoy the sunshine. A covered, brick-built barbecue area, complete with sink and preparation surfaces, is perfect for preparing leisurely alfresco meals. The villa is reached via an unmade country track, adding to its secluded countryside setting. A gated driveway provides parking for one car, while access to the villa is through large patio doors leading directly into the bright and welcoming living area.

The pool is beautifully positioned among the mountains, with countryside stretching around the villa. A generous sun terrace surrounds the pool, providing plenty of space for sunbathing, relaxing and enjoying the warm Andalusian sunshine.

The covered BBQ and outdoor dining area is particularly appealing, with a built-in barbecue, sink and work surfaces making it easy to enjoy meals outdoors throughout your stay.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

The villa has two comfortable bedrooms, accessed from the dining area. There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both furnished with comfort in mind. The bedrooms share a conveniently located shower room.

There is also an additional WC outside, next to the barbecue area. This is particularly useful when spending time around the pool and enjoying alfresco meals.

Living Area & Kitchen

Inside, the villa has a bright and airy open-plan living space, creating a relaxed and sociable environment. A spacious lounge and dining area are positioned at the front of the villa. It boasts large windows and patio doors opening directly onto the pool and sun terrace.

The adjoining open plan kitchen and dining area is well equipped for preparing meals and features charming traditional touches, including an ornamental brick fireplace.
