Eglina Magnolia has been smartly designed to satisfy those looking for a relaxing family holiday. Positioned in the area of Minies just a short distance from Eglina and Megali ammos sandy beaches. Enjoy the fantastic view of the Ionian sea.

On the ground floor there is the kitchen, living room, dining area, WC. And a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom.

On the first floor there are two more bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom and an en-suite shower.

The lower ground has a chillout room with two sofas-beds. A TV (limited English channels) and some gym equipment.

The outdoors has been carefully furnished and styled with a parking space, Mediterranean gardens and beautiful coloured flowers. Plus a private swimming pool.

Eglina Magnolia is a 2 minute drive from the airport (2km) and not far from a selection of local tavernas and mini market.

Located in the village of Minies, southwest of Kefalonia approximately 10 Km of the capital of Argostoli. An ideal location to enjoy the privacy and discreet isolation of the place, but still very close to all the points of interest, beauties and attractions of the island.

You can reach Eglina sandy beach by walking only 300m away. Megali Ammos and Ammes beaches are 500m away. Minies is the perfect place as a starting point to explore the whole island and reveal all it’s beauty.

Accessibility: Eglina Magnolia, split level throughout with various steps between rooms. Steps lead up to the entrance, steps down to the pool area, 7 steps lead down from the kitchen area, 7 steps up/down to the bedrooms.
