The Villa Punta Boca is a 3 bedroom bungalow style villa, completely renovated with a private pool and garden. This villa enjoys a great location, in a quiet residential street, just 300m from the sandy cove Cala Esmeralda and 450m away from Cala Gran. Cala d’Or centre with shops and restaurants is approx. 800m away.
This villa has an open plan, well equipped kitchen with dining table. The living room is located close to the kitchen and has access to the front porch with several sitting areas.
Villa Punta Boca consists of three twin bedrooms, each with it’s own en suite shower room. There is also a separate guest toilet and utility room.
At the back of the villa, there is a conservatory with a table and chairs. By the pool and barbecue area there is another area with table and chairs. This area has a retractable awning which is ideal for the hottest days of the summer.
