Villa Miguel

Villa Miguel is a modern, high quality four bedroom villa located in the quiet residential are Punta des Port.

On the ground floor you will find an open plan living/dining area which has modern furnishings and plenty of space. This room gives you access to the covered terrace and pool area. A large sliding door connects to the island kitchen, which is equipped with essentials. Also, the ground floor is where the double bedroom with en suite shower room is and has access to the garden and pool area.

The first floor is where the rest of the bedrooms are located. There are three twin bedrooms, two with en suite shower and one with en suite bathroom. All these bedrooms share access to a balcony which leads to a terrace.

The games room is in the basement and is equipped with a sofa, satellite TV, table tennis and a billiard table. The washing machine is also in the basement.
