The amazing kitchen-diner is full equipped and prepared for dining together. This floor also offers a twin bedroom with a wide en-suite shower room, wide doors and access to the outside via a ramp. This floor also has a guest toilet and a laundry room.

Follow up to the first floor, two further bedrooms (one double, one twin) have their own terrace with lovely views of the countryside, the town of Santanyí and the coast at the far end. The terrace has a staircase that leads down to the garden area.

Guesthouses:

This property offers two fabulous guest houses that overlook the garden. The first guesthouse has a twin bedroom and ensuite shower, with access to the private terrace, a great place to relax in the Mallorcan sun. *There are four steps down to enter this bedroom.

The second guesthouse: an open plan bedroom/bathroom with antique furniture, a four-poster double bed and wardrobe. This guesthouse also has access to the private terrace.

The outside space is a great peaceful area to enjoy the spectacular country views. The lush Mediterranean garden with rose bushes, lavender, rosemary and palm trees is the ideal spot to soak up the sun.

Villa Melis has two amazing swimming pools – there is a main swimming pool and a long splash pool for children. Overlooking the pool, there is a covered terrace with a complete outdoor kitchen; perfect to enjoy delicious meals together as a family.
