Villa Jole

Villa Jole is a modern two-storey villa just minutes from Puerto Calero Marina, offering stylish contemporary living and generous outdoor spaces. Enjoy a private pool and dedicated BBQ area on the lower level—perfect for relaxed alfresco entertaining. Inside, the villa features four air-conditioned double bedrooms (three ensuite), spacious living areas designed for comfort, and a dedicated games room with a pool table and table tennis. An ideal retreat for families and friends to unwind and enjoy time together.

Kitchen

The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and 4-ring electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, Sogo dual air fryer, toaster, and a full range of kitchen utensils, crockery, and glassware. A small table with four chairs provides a cosy breakfast spot, or step out onto the large wrap-around terrace where you can relax on comfortable rattan sofas or dine alfresco under the shaded pergola. You can even enjoy authentic wood-fired cooking with the Alpha Pro oven, ideal for pizza, meats, and more.

A door from the kitchen leads to a small patio with a rotary washing line and a separate utility room housing the washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

Living Room/Dining Area

Villa Jole features an open-plan living space with two 3-seater L-shaped leather sofas, a flat-screen TV (with Mag Box for international channels and streaming), and an Alexa for music. Patio doors open onto the terrace overlooking the pool, furnished with rattan sofas and a small dining table and chairs—perfect for enjoying the sunshine or relaxing in the shade.
A separate dining area includes a wooden table and six chairs for indoor meals.

Games Room

The spacious lower-level games room offers comfortable seating, an Xbox (with the option to use your own Firestick), a pool table, and a table tennis table—ideal for keeping everyone entertained.

The pool area features artificial grass, eight sun loungers, and a large 8-seater jacuzzi—perfect for soaking up the Lanzarote sun. There is also a separate toilet and shower room for convenience.

A covered terrace provides the ideal setting for alfresco dining, with a brick-built BBQ and a drinks fridge to keep refreshments cool. A self-contained kitchenette includes a fridge/freezer, microwave, air fryer, toaster, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, electric oven, and hob.
