Featuring a large, comfortable L-shaped sofa and a flat-screen TV equipped with a Mag box. Offering BBC, ITV, CH4/5, all Sky channels, box sets, movies, and more.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped with appliances, including a fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and other essentials.

The utility area includes a washing machine.

The outdoor dining area seats 4 and is located conveniently close to a large Canarian BBQ, allowing the chef to stay connected while cooking. There is also a shaded chill-out seating area, ideal for unwinding and enjoying the pleasant Lanzarote evenings.

A stunning kidney-shaped bespoke pool (8m x 4m), with a waterfall feature and roman steps. The pool is electrically heated from November through April, creating the perfect setting for relaxing on one of the 4 sunbeds while soaking up the Lanzarote sunshine.

Cleaning Service:
The property is fully prepared for your arrival, and a departure clean is included. For stays of 10 to 13 nights, a mid-stay cleaning service is provided, including a linen and towel change.
