Casa Rosa sleeps up to six guests, with two twin bedrooms of which one has air conditioning. Plus a spacious double bedroom also with air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom featuring a refurbished walk-in shower and double sink. There is a family bathroom that has a bath with shower over and a skylight in the ceiling for that natural light.

The bright and airy open-plan living/dining area connects to the walled garden and front terrace. Where your heated private pool awaits, complete with sun loungers and a dining area with a brick-built BBQ for enjoying al fresco dining.

Leading off the lounge/dining area is a fully equipped kitchen. Complete with modern appliances and all the essentials for creating delicious meals. There is also a utility room with washing machine.

Casa Rosa is a short 10 minute walk to 2 supermarkets. A further 5 minutes’ walk will lead you to the beautiful Paseo Maritmo de Playa Blanca, which runs 8 kilometres along the entire coastline from Las Coloradas to Faro Pechiguera, passing through the stunning Marina Rubicon where you will find a variety of shops, restaurants and a twice-weekly market. The Marina shopping mall is a 19 minute walk from the villa.
