Casa Atlantida

Casa Atlantida is a 3 bedroom villa, located in Villas Janubio which is a recently completed gated community at the edge of Ciudad Jardin in Playa Blanca. Just a short drive from Marina Rubicon, one of the best all round yachting harbours on the island. You will find a variety of boutiques, restaurants and, even a market which is held every Wednesday and Saturday.

Casa Atlantida Lower Level

Living Room
The living room features two comfortable sofas, two coffee tables and two pouffes for additional seating. There is a 55” Samsung Smart TV connected to fibre broadband – guests are able to log in with their own Netflix, Amazon Prime or other subscription services (subject to that service being available in Spain). Additionally, IPTV is provided with all UK channels as well as Samsung TV and terrestrial channels. In the cabinet you’ll find card and board games as well as everything you need to make that perfect cocktail (alcohol not included!)

Kitchen
Atlantida has a well-equipped dining kitchen, with a table for 6, American style fridge freezer with an ice maker, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker (filter), kettle and juicer. There are plenty of kitchen utensils. glassware, tableware and silverware are more than sufficient for 6 guests.

Downstairs Bedroom
The downstairs bedroom has a king-size bed, a large built-in wardrobe, a large mirror and a desk workstation with a 24” Dell monitor for the digital nomad (HDMI and DisplayPort connections supplied. (laptop is not!)

Downstairs Bathroom
In the downstairs bathroom you’ll find a shower, backlit LED mirror and all the usual amenities. An LG washer dryer is also available, together with an ironing board, an iron, and a clothes rack.

Casa Atlantida Upstairs Level

Master Bedroom
The master bedroom has a king size bed, a large mirror and a large built-in wardrobe. The master suite also benefits from its own entrance to the upstairs terrace.

Upstairs Twin Bedroom
On the top floor there is also a twin bedroom with a large freestanding wardrobe a dressing table and a mirror.

Upstairs Terrace
The top floor enjoys its own terrace space complete with two sun loungers, a love-seat and two armchairs around a coffee table and a large umbrella in case you need a break from the sun.

Upstairs Bathroom
In the upstairs bathroom you’ll find a shower over a bath, backlit LED mirror and all the usual amenities.

Outside Area
Outside there is a private 6×3 metre swimming pool with a solar cover, a large grassy area with sun loungers, as well as an outdoor dining table with 6 chairs. BBQ facilities are also provided.
The property has a private parking space suitable for a small car.
