Vista Moderno is a new, luxurious and well-appointed contemporary villa with a private and heated (£) swimming pool located in Gale in the Algarve. Vista Moderno offers breathtaking sea views from all rooms. It’s also situated just a few minutes walk to Coelha beach and just a few minutes drive to Sao Rafael beach, voted one of the finest beaches in Europe.

The villa is split on 3 levels.

On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge and dining room with sliding patio doors to the pool and terrace. There are three, nicely and uniquely decorated twin bedrooms on this level. Two of them on the Mezzanine floor with en-suite bath, separate shower room and direct access to the balcony. The last twin bedroom has an en-suite shower room with twin hand basins and direct access to the pool terrace.

The spacious and well equipped open plan kitchen has all its mod cons: a central island with ceramic hob, American style fridge freezer, wine cooler, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher. Due to the position of the kitchen it offers beautiful sea views. The Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer is also on this level.

On the 1st floor you find the spacious gallery landing with two sofas. There is a twin bedroom with patio doors and direct access to the balcony. This bedroom also has its own en -suite bathroom. The master bedroom is on the 1st floor with queen sized beds. It has an en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath, shower and twin hand basins and direct access to the balcony.

Outside, there is a mosaic tiled and heated (£), overflow infinity swimming pool (5m x 15m) with Roman steps and a gas BBQ.
