Next to the kitchen is a lounge with comfortable sofas, flat screen TV, DVD player and a CD player. Patio doors lead into the garden. A guest shower room is also on this level.

The master bedroom, with a king size bed and its own balcony, is located on the first floor. Another bathroom, with a bath with over head shower, is on this floor.
