Villa Konstantina is a 3 bedroom villa, sleeping up to 6 persons. Surrounded by beautiful gardens filled with flowers and shrubs. In a fantastic position only a short walk to the village of Katelios.
On the ground floor you will find a comfortable lounge area with television and patio doors leading out to the garden and pool area. A fully fitted kitchen with a dining area and a second set of patio doors.
All three bedrooms are located on the first floor. There is a double room and two twin rooms, all with their own en-suite shower rooms.
The outdoor space is there for you to enjoy, with covered areas for those seeking shade and plenty of sun loungers for relaxing. Take a dip and cool off in the 10m private swimming pool. There is an outdoor dining table and BBQ.
Villa Konstantina is in Katelios, a quiant holiday village in the southeast of Kefalonia. A 15 minute walk or a short drive will lead you to a sand/shingle beach, with sunbeds, a selection of tavernas, and of course a crystal blue sea to enjoy – the water here is gentle and shallow for a long way out.
The ever famous and popular resort of Skala is a short and simple drive from the villa. Skala is an excellent, pedestrianised village offering excellent cafes, ice cream, restaurants and entertainment! The beach is sand/shingle, with a clear and pebbly waterfront – perfect for snorkeling.
Argostoli, the capital of Kefalonia, is an easy 30-minute drive.
Greek Eco Tax (introduced in 2024) is included in the price.
