Villa Aliki This stunning three storey villa is situated directly above the sea, based on the southern side of Kassiopi Harbour. The enclosed gardens lead to a footpath from where you can walk directly to the small bay. Or to the centre of the harbour in just a few minutes!

Villa Aliki itself is excellently equipped and furnished with the living areas, kitchen and WC on the lower level. This leads directly out to the pool and garden via a small covered terrace. The fifth bedroom is situated in a separate studio accessed from a side terrace just off the living area and is ideal for giving a couple a bit of extra privacy or perhaps for grandparents? This offers a double bedrooms with en suite shower room and small kitchenette with a fridge, handy for cool drinks.

The entrance is from the first floor. from the parking area. On this level we find a small office area with sofa bed and TV offering home cinema. Two bedrooms one with en suite bathroom and the other an en suite shower room and balconies overlooking the sea directly below. The second floor consists of the further two bedrooms( double and twin) each with en-suite bathrooms and their own sea facing balconies. All areas of the villa offer great air conditioning which is included at no extra cost.

Private gardens, a generous sized pool, shaded sea facing outdoor dining area and barbecue complete the outside facilities. Villa Aliki also has table tennis outdoors, so enjoy a game in the sunshine!

Villa Aliki offers an unrivalled position in Kassiopi. Within walking distance of all that the resort can offer as well as several small beaches. The larger beaches of Avlaki or sandy bays of the north coast are just a short car ride ( or boat ride) away.

This villa is always very much in demand for large families and groups of friends.
