Villa Cassia is a charming three-bedroom bungalow for up to six guests. It is ideal for families or friends who want a private and peaceful stay in Cyprus.

Outside, you will find a private 10m × 5m swimming pool. The garden is tidy and perfect for relaxing in the Mediterranean sun. The pool has depths from 0.9m to 1.9m and also includes floodlights for evening swims. The garden offers plenty of space, modern furniture, comfortable loungers, and a swing. In addition, a covered terrace provides shade and a six-piece dining set close to the pool.

Villa Cassia is only a 15-minute walk from shops, restaurants, and other amenities. It is also a 17-minute walk to Corallia (Laourou) Beach and Coral Bay Beach. Both beaches have golden sand, clear blue water, and Blue Flag certification. Furthermore, the Coral Bay strip is only 15 minutes away and offers many shops, bars, and restaurants serving fresh local food. Some stores even deliver groceries directly to the bungalow.

Inside, large sliding doors lead to the air-conditioned living room. The room has an L-shaped sofa, a modern coffee table, free Wi-Fi, and a plasma TV with Internet TV, including UK channels, Sky Sports, movies, and international options.

The living room connects to a fully equipped kitchen. It includes a dishwasher, microwave, large refrigerator, washing machine, freezer, electric cooker, oven, toaster, kettle, and more. This makes the home practical and comfortable.

Villa Cassia has three air-conditioned bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe space. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds and share a separate bathroom.
