Villa Bonaca

Villa Bonaca is located in the centre of Sumartin. In Croatian the villa name means tranquility. It has everything you need on your vacation. Beautiful view of the sea, vicinity to the beach, ferry and bus station. It is surrounded by numerous bars, taverns – restaurants of traditional Dalmatian food and supermarkets.

If you ever wondered whether it is possible to buy fish taken from the sea in that given moment, we give you the answer: it’s possible! And it is possible right here: this traditional stone house is located in the port where fishing boats full of seafood arriving daily. You can buy them right from the friendly fishermen or at a nearby store.

This charming three-storey house has 3 bedrooms (two on the first floor and one on the second), a kitchen / dining area on the ground floor, 2 bathrooms with toilets and a separate WC, a large garden with a private pool and parking for 2 cars.

The villa in its carefully landscaped garden has a heated pool with deck chairs which you can use after lunch on the terrace with a magnificent view of the islands and the whole place.

There are beautiful views from the upper floors where the bedrooms are. Two with double beds and bathroom and a bedroom with two single beds will give you a perfect feeling of home because of the wooden furniture and a small but consistent and modern regulated space.

This villa overlooks the port and beach, so provides little privacy but is located in a fantastic position to enjoy what this quaint, little coastal resort has to offer. Car hire is not essential, however if you wish to explore the island, then it is recommended.

Sumartin is a pretty coastal village with a few restaurants, supermarkets, bakery and beach. This is walking distance from the villa, however is a little hilly. There are also a couple of sandy/pebbly beaches to explore. In high season, the ferry comes directly into the port of Sumartin.
