We review each villa against a detailed check list of health and safety requirements, and we’ve worked with villa owners and local authorities to cover the small but important extra steps needed to ensure hygiene and social distancing, where required.

Every flight-included holiday is 100% ATOL protected*
When you book your villa and flights with us, your holiday is 100% protected by the UK government-backed ATOL scheme. In the event your holiday does not go ahead as planned, due to flight cancellations or travel restrictions, you will have the option to change your holiday or request a refund.
Every villa-only holiday is 100% flexible°
We know that circumstances can change over time, so we’ll give you complete flexibility to make changes to your holiday up to 8 weeks before departure. You can choose to move to a different date or a different destination. There are no fees, you just pay the difference in price.
If you want to make changes within 8 weeks of departure, we will do our absolute utmost to assist, but it relies on the goodwill of our villa owners, and we cannot guarantee that you will be able to change. For this reason, we recommend that you take out suitable travel insurance that will cover your costs in the event of travel restrictions.

Our easy payment terms mean that you can book today for a low deposit from just 10% of the villa cost. Your final balance won’t be due until 10 weeks before departure.

Terms & Conditions
*Flight-inclusive holiday packages are 100% protected by ATOL 0739. In the event of flight cancellation or government travel restrictions, you will be able to change your holiday or request a refund. Refunds may be issued in the form of an ATOL protected Refund Credit Note which can be used to rebook or redeemed later as a cash refund. If the holiday is scheduled to operate normally, any changes to a booking will be subject to our booking conditions.
°Accommodation-only packages can be amended free of charge until 8 weeks prior to departure. You will pay only difference in price for the amended holiday. You can change villa, travel dates and passenger details, with the exception of Lead Passenger. A change in Lead Passenger would be treated as a cancellation plus new booking; the charges detailed in our booking conditions will apply, in addition if the holiday has been reduced in number of weeks, cancellation terms will apply for the applicable number of weeks cancelled. Where a change is requested within 8 weeks of departure, we will try our best to accommodate this, but we cannot guarantee it. If a change is possible, you will pay only the difference in price. In the event the villa owner will not allow a change, our booking conditions will apply.
†Our Standard Deposit is 20% of the villa accommodation cost, plus flight costs which must be paid in full at the time of booking. The balance of the villa cost is due 10 weeks prior to departure. The Low Deposit offer reduces the initial accommodation deposit to 10%, with the balance of deposit payable 28 days after booking.
