The ground floor consists of a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar. A comfortable lounge area with patio doors looking out to the swimming pool. The first bedroom has a double bed with its own en suite shower room. A separate WC completes this floor.

Moving up to the first floor, you will find a further 2 bedrooms, both doubles. Each have patio doors opening out to a sea facing balcony, the perfect spot for your morning coffee. There is also a separate shower room.
