Villa Bethany

Villa Bethany is a 5 bedroom villa located on the frontline of Vista Lobos, there is a small supermarket only 5 minutes up the road.

Situated close by to the Aqualava Water Park. It is approximately 20 minutes walk to Flamingo Beach and 30 minutes into the town of Playa Blanca. Flamingo Beach is shallow and has wave breakers, so it is perfect for less confident swimmers and children. This is a location where you do not require a hire car to get about to restaurants and the beach. There is a taxi rank next to the villas.

The property has beautiful furnishings, inside and out, and as a result the villa really does have the “wow” factor!

As you walk into Villa Bethany, the design of the villa means you gain immediate access to the upper floor.

Light fills the space from the glass atrium style roof over the grand stairway leading to the lower level.

The upstairs features a kitchen with all modern appliances, including a Dolce Vista coffee pod machine, and a dining room leading onto an elevated balcony overlooking the pool. The upper level terrace also has an outside dining table.

Leading off the dining room is the master bedroom, with a double bed, air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, en-suite bathroom and patio doors leading onto the same shared balcony.

On this upper level you will also find the second bedroom with double bed, air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom.

Downstairs there are 3 more bedrooms, a double and 2 x twins. These 3 bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath and separate shower.

Downstairs is a huge lounge area with a comfortable sofa, large TV and pool table. There is also a “drinks” area with a wine fridge.

Outside there is a swimming pool, seating area, alfresco dining area, and sun loungers.
