Villa Los Alisios

Villa Los Alisios, a modern air conditioned villa sleeping 8, located on the cliff top of the Old Town of Puerto del Carmen. Set in a unique location due to it’s front line position where you can look down over the promenade that stretches from the Old Town harbour all the way along the cliff top trail to Puerto Calero. There is a great selection of bars and restaurants, only a short walk away in the Old Town harbour.

As soon as you walk through the front door you will be immediately drawn to the large patio doors that lead to the upper terrace boasting beautiful panoramic sea views. A modern lounge area with satellite tv for your entertainment.

With 4 bedrooms in the main house there is ample space for the whole family.

Accommodation Exterior:

Enjoy al-fresco dining at the stone table seating 8 and is shaded under a wooden pergola. With an upper terrace overlooking the pool and lower terrace which is completely private. You can access the pool terrace by steps with hand rails on one side or a ramp on the other. For soaking up the sun there are comfortable sunbeds. Also a gate leading on to the promenade where you can walk to the Old Town harbour.

Accessibility:
Villa Los Alisios is set across 3 levels. There are 15 steps from the gate to the front door. As you enter the main house the lounge, dining area and kitchen are on one level with the 4 bedrooms upstairs. From the lounge patio doors, leading on to the upper terrace you can then access the lower level to the pool by steps or a ramp.

Amenities:
The main villa is air-conditioned through out on a timed meter and also in the bedroom of the annexe.
There is an outdoor pool table on the upper balcony, a safety deposit box, a large drive for at least 3 cars and off street parking.
Nespresso coffee machine.

Car Hire:
This is not essential while staying at Villa Los Alisios but could be an advantage if you are planning to see the many sights the island has to offer.
