The middle floor is at ground level, the entrance is here and takes you into the comfortable living area. There is also a double bedroom with a built in wardrobe and balcony, plus a full family bathroom.

A winding staircase then leads up to the loft area where you will find the second bedroom and bathroom. A second staircase then leads you down to the main living area, where you will find an open plan living and dining room. The modern spacious kitchen has access to the outdoor terrace and pool area with comfortable set in the shade and loungers in the sun. Downstairs on this level is the third bedroom and bathroom en-suite. This bedroom has sliding doors straight out on to the garden and pool area.

Villa Telina is fully air conditioned but also has the advantage of central heating too, which adds to the house being incredibly popular for early and late season breaks.
