Sitting atop a gentle knoll and offering relaxing countryside views. It has its own private, gated entrance and ensures full seclusion. Built into the slope of the hill, with steps in to the house to access the different levels.

The lounge is spacious and open with large French windows with views out onto the overflow pool and landscape. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with a dining table for eight, ideal for sharing meals or enjoying relaxed evenings. One bedroom and bathroom downstairs and a further three bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs.

Although tucked away in the countryside you are fully connected at Casa da Paz with Wi-Fi and MEO satellite TV.

There are plenty of local attractions with a good choice of well priced restaurants and the market town of São Bartolomeu de Messines in just 8.5 km, where you’ll find shops, services, etc. Spend a day at the beach with the golden sands of Armação de Pêra only 25 minutes away. Or explore the medieval streets of Silves, just a 20 minute drive from your doorstep. Enjoy nature at the famous dam “Barragem do Funcho”, only a five minute drive from the villa.
