This villa offers an abundance of space with furnishings that truly represent its luxury. Villa Rasotica interior:

This lovely villa can accommodate 6 to 8 people comfortably. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 quadruple bedroom with 2 double beds). Bed sizes in bedrooms are 190 x 210 cm, 167 x 202 cm, and two beds of 190 x 200 cm in the quadruple bedroom, respectively. Furthermore, a bathroom and a laundry area are located on the ground floor.

Villa Rasotica exterior:

The outdoor space offers everything you need with swimming pool, outdoor kitchen and relaxing area. The terrace on the second floor is ideal for a morning coffee as you watch the beautiful surroundings full of orchards, olive groves and vineyards that are expertly maintained. It also contains extra sunbathing space.

The rooms are freshly furnished with comfortable beds, interesting art and plenty of space for your personal belongings. The pristine bathrooms feature large, corner baths where you can relax and soak away your troubles. Showers are also available.

Villa Rasotica is somewhat isolated. It is the perfect undisturbed paradise, but is still only 220m from the pebbly beaches and clear blue seas. It is also only 150m from the city centre where you will find a collection of quality restaurants and other local amenities. Sumartin is a pretty coastal village with a few restaurants, supermarkets, bakery and beach. This is walking distance from the villa, however is a little hilly. Thereare also a couple of sandy/pebbly beaches to explore. In high season, the ferry comes directly into the port of Sumartin.
