Villa Guadi – A spacious and serene retreat, perfect for families or groups of friends. Located in a quiet area between Cala Egos, Cala D’Or, and Porto Petro, Mallorca. This stunning villa comfortably accommodates up to 12 people, offering the ideal setting for relaxation and enjoyment.

The villa features a large pool surrounded by sun loungers, as well as multiple outdoor sitting and dining areas to make the most of the beautiful weather. Whether you’re soaking up the sun or enjoying al fresco meals, you’ll find plenty of space to unwind and savor the long sunny days.

Villa Guadi Interior:

This spacious two-story house offers a perfect blend of comfort and style, ideal for a relaxing getaway. The ground floor features an open-plan kitchen with a dining area and a cozy living room. Adjacent to the living room, you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower room. A hallway leads to two additional bedrooms. One with twin beds and access to a nearby shower room, and another with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. Both with direct access to the pool area.

An external staircase near the pool takes you up to the first floor, which includes a living room with access to a small terrace offering distant views of the Porto Petro harbour. This floor also has three more bedrooms: one with twin beds, one with a double bed, and a final spacious bedroom with a double bed. A small living area, a shower room, and its own private terrace.

All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with cold/warm air conditioning, with temperature control on a set schedule.

Enjoy the outdoors with a beautiful pool area complete with sun loungers, perfect for soaking up the sun. A built-in barbecue and a porch with views of the pool make al fresco dining a delight. Additionally, a large automatic retractable awning next to the pool provides a shaded area with a table and chairs. Ideal for outdoor meals with the family.
