Villa Margareta

The Villa Margareta is situated in Kaštel Lukšić, between cities of Split and Trogir. Both city centres are protected by UNESCO as World Heritage Sites.

The villa comprises of a big and small kitchen, dining / living room area, 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms separate WC. There is a gym, sauna and tavern with an indoor fireplace. The interior surface is 350 m2 big and it spreads over three floors. It’s big enough to comfortably accommodate up to 15 people in six bedrooms.

The Villa Margareta bedrooms:

The first floor are double bedroom, twin bedroom, and twin bedroom with two additional beds (beds size 80 x 200 cm).
On the ground floor is double bedroom.
Two bedrooms are located on the lower ground floor (double bedroom and triple bedroom with double and single bed).

To make your stay as pleasant as possible the villa has been equipped with all equipment you might need, like air-conditioning, heating, wireless Internet, TV set, and washing machine.

The outside area features a beautiful swimming pool, shower and WC. Additionally there is an outdoor hot tub and it’s possible to organize a daily cleaning and a chef service upon request (surcharge).
