Villa Bella Vista Description

Villa Bella Vista as the name in Spanish implies means "fantastic view" and this villa certainly lives up to its name. Perched high on the cliff just behind the main centre of Cala Galdana and the Hotel Cala Galdana, close to one of the best viewing points in the whole of the resort, it boasts some truly spectacular views of the beach and the bay on the other side. Your breath will surely be taken from the moment you set your eyes across the beautiful coastline. A spectacular addition to our villas with a pool in Cala Galdana, Menorca.

You enter the villa through a lawned garden towards the porched entrance and from here into a spacious hall. At the bottom end of the hall is the most comfortably furnished split-level lounge/dining room, which has a formal dining area as well as a cosy lounge with open fireplace, flat screen digital satellite TV (limited English channels including BBC) and DVD player. Patio doors lead out onto the upstairs terrace, which is well furnished for relaxing and enjoying a perfect glass of wine whilst revelling in those wonderful views across the bay. Next to the dining room is the well fitted kitchen and this has fridge/freezer, microwave and there is a washing machine located in the adjacent laundry.

On the opposite side of the hall a further inner hall leads to the bedroom accommodation. The first two bedrooms are pretty twins and face forward over the outside terrace to views of the sea. There is a small single childs bedroom (not air-conditioned) facing the gardens and these rooms are serviced by the adjacent family bathroom. The end bedroom is the master double and this has air conditioning and full bathroom en-suite. Patio doors lead out from the bedroom to the front terrace and those glorious views once again.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned for your added benefit (except childs single room).

The outside living area is simply delightful at Bella Vista and is reached from the front entrance by way of a path around the house to the level below. This area is self-contained and on the right of the pool is a large open area with sun loungers, whilst the 10 metre pool itself is superb and has a shallow end for children. To one side of this is an enclosed covered terrace and a fully functional kitchen, which has a dishwasher and built in barbeque, which compliments this. Finally on this level there is a further shower room with WC for use whilst enjoying this special oasis under the sun.

Simply a great family villa so close to all the amenities of Cala Galdana. With so many activities on offer at your doorstep, for example some fantastic walking in Menorca, this is an excellent choice for those looking for luxury holidays in Menorca.

The name of this villa says it all - an absolutely fantastic view of the sea and resort. The villa itself was very clean, tidy and had had all appliances that we needed, however it would be useful to have some further oven instructions! I wish we had of known that there was also towels included.(we knew about the pool towels but the bathroom towels were there too!)

Plenty of storage and a safe also. The balcony was good to have but it remained in the shade most of the day!
Due to the fact that the villa was up a very steep hill, the villa had a few steps inside leading down to the lounge area and also to the bedroom corridor and the outside balcony, which meant the children had to be very careful. The villa had lots of space in the rooms and the lovely addition of the outside pool area was great. It was hard to imagine when we read the description on the web site how you gained access to the pool and dining area on the lower level. You have to go back out of the front door and go down some steps. You are then at the pool and there was the additional dining room and changing room with toilet and shower. There was also awnings that could be pulled over part of the pool side for extra shade. The downstairs dining room and kitchen were lovely to have but a little difficult to use when all your food was upstairs but great for a bbq!

Overall, the villa was great and had everything we needed for a family holiday and the resort was fantastic. The beach was so clean with great shower and toilet facilities. Plenty of places to eat and great water slide for children also. Although we hired a car, we didn't use it that much as Cala Galdana had everything we needed.

Villa Las Rocas Description

Villa Las Rocas is most privately situated amongst open, gorgeous countryside on the perimeter of the exclusive San Tomeu urbanisation, a fantastic place to spend your perfect holiday in Menorca. This lovely private villa boasts an expansive garden dressed with lush green grass and surrounded by delightful shrubbery; it is in fact the largest lawned garden of all our villas in Menorca with private pools! If its peace and privacy with an air of exclusivity that you are looking for, this is the answer.
The bungalow style villa in San Tomeu, Menorca is of Ibizan architecture. Arches, bougainvillea filled patios and whitewashed walls are all wonderfully combined to create a property that is worthy of being described as truly fantastic.

You enter the house across a pretty covered terrace and directly into the open plan lounge/dining room with high vaulted ceiling. This is most comfortably furnished with sofas and has feature fireplace with wood burning stove, TV with Spanish digital satellite facility (limited English channels included BBC), DVD and a CD player. At one end of the room there is a dining area and leading off from here is a separate study and adjacent to this is the kitchen, which comes complete with dishwasher & microwave. There is a washing machine situated outside for your added convenience.

An inner hall leads to the three air conditioned bedrooms. These are simply furnished in continental style. The first is a twin bedded room and adjacent to this is a shower room with walk-in shower and WC. The second is a small double bedded room and finally at the end of the hall there is the spacious master double bedroom (two twins together) with full bathroom en-suite.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned for your added benefit.

Although Las Rocas is a most comfortable house inside, it is a Spanish villa designed for outside living. The spacious split-level patios are furnished to the highest quality and there are ramps down to the pool terrace. The 9 metre kidney shaped pool takes pride of place to the front of the property and has steps and handrails into a shallow end for children. The lawns and gardens extend to well over an acre and there is a most pretty flower covered gazebo affording shade for clients wishing total peace and privacy in this lovely oasis set in the heart of Menorca. A brick built barbeque is available for your added enjoyment making the outside area the perfect place to sit back, enjoy some al-fresco dining whilst sipping on a glass of wine and enjoying the breath-taking Spanish sun set.

Las Rocas is a wonderful venue for those clients wishing to get away from it all and comes highly recommended.

If you enjoy a game of table tennis, we do have a table and bats available for hire. Pre-bookable before departure at £50 for 1 week and £75 for a two week rental.

Patio doors open out onto the front terrace. Leading from the dining area is the spacious well fitted kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Again patio doors lead out to the front terrace, so convenient for those meals outdoors. A washing machine is to be found in the garage for your added convenience.

On the first floor are two gorgeous bedrooms, one double and one twin, both with air-conditioning and having patio doors overlooking the pool and bay. There is a full bathroom adjacent to these bedrooms. A separate entrance then leads off from the landing into the guest suite which offers a pretty twin bedroom with views over the garden, a second simple air-conditioned lounge and the third full bathroom. I am writing to thank you for our wonderful holiday at the Villa Anni, Cala Galdana, Menorca earlier this year.

We had a terrific time and would definitely recommend this villa to anyone. It had everything we could have wished for and the views were fantastic. The staff were exceptional and extremely accommodating even when we arrived well ahead of our expected time. We have friends who have property on the island and they visited us on several occasions and were suitably impressed with the quality and location of Villa Anni.

We recently had a bad experience when booking a villa on mainland Spain and we were therefore sceptical of what we might find but, in all honesty, we could not have been happier with the complete package.

A big thank you to Villa Select, from myself and my family, for an extremely relaxing and comfortable holiday in luxurious surroundings. I look forward to using your company in the near future.

Villa Anni is an immaculate family villa. It's spacious, tastefully decorated and furnished and spotlessley clean. Cala Galdana is a great family friendly resort with beautiful beaches and plenty to do. It is lively during the day and silent at exactly 11pm. The villa is perched on a cliff top overlooking Cala Galdana bay. The drop at the end of the patio is quite vertiginous at first, but the wonderful view, and the sound of the waves breaking on the shore far below, more than compensates for the initial trepidation. My family of 8 have just returned from 2 weeks at Villa Isa and we had such a wonderful time. Everything was excellant and the views simply amazing, you could not wish for anything better. A few tiny things could do with updating a little like the bathrooms seem a little old fashioned now, but nothing spoilt the holiday. The location is outstanding there is no view like it anywhere else that we have all been to! It is just breathtaking every morning to look out of the window to such an awesome sight, it is one that stays with you forever. Cala Galdana has every thing you need, just the right amount of bars and restaurants (you must go to Cala Mitjana, Alaska and L'Escopina restaurants) , shops and supermarkets. There are loads of interesting easy walks, especially to the two neighbouring beaches of Mitjana and Macarella. A worthwhile buy is a little yellow book around 3.50 euro called ' The diary of a blister' which contains walks around/from the resort varying in length of time and distance.
The welcome pack on arrival was most useful and had lots of 'goodies' for us and we were very well looked after by Sharon.There is everything you can imagine in this villa from cutlery/crockery/electrical items to tv/washer/dishwasher/iron/hairdryers and fridge freezer. We could never get the dvd to work though but hey, who goes on holiday to watch tv anyway, especially with a view like this one!

If you have a large party we would definately recommend this villa as the upstairs front bedroom is like a suite of its own with own sitting room, balcony, bedroom, bathroom, entrance and fridge so is almost self contained and perfect for 2 families to share. Our party ranged from ages 15 up to 85 and everyone was happy all of the time with the whole holiday and none of us wished to come home.

Villa Punta Faro Description

This is a superb private villa in Menorca with modern contemporary furnishings throughout. The beautiful architecture screams elegance and poise whilst remaining edgy and sharp, an excellent combination that has resulted in the truly luxurious Villa Punta Faro. We know that out of our range of fantastic private villas with pools in Menorca, this large home will be in high demand.

In a quiet, residential area the villa has lovely sea views and is only a 10 minute walk to the shops, restaurants and beach at Punta Prima. Set in a beautiful part of Menorca, there are some great opportunities for some scenic walking and cycling in the hills and some delightful sailing on the coast.

On entering the villa the floor to ceiling windows that stretch the width of the house allow views out to the sea from almost every room. The open plan lounge/diner and fantastic fitted kitchen all lead out to the covered decked terrace and pool. Off from the entrance hall are the modern furnished double, twin and single room (one air-conditioning unit services the twin and single rooms) that share a large full bathroom with corner Jacuzzi bath. Stairs lead upstairs to an office seating area which has marvellous views of the sea and surrounding area. The master double bedroom is nearby and has en-suite shower and dressing room as well as its own private terrace.

The 10 metre pool is rectangular with side steps leading in and a Jacuzzi seating across the width of the pool in the shallow end. The terrace surrounding the pool is of teak decking and has sun loungers for you to relax on and soak up the sun. Below the pool area is a large lawned area- great for children to play on.

Early booking is highly recommended to avoid disappointment.

If you require a cot during your stay, this can be arranged at a small charge of £35 per week and is supplied with the cot linen. A highchair can be rented at £22 per week.

If you enjoy a game of table tennis, we do have a table and bats available for hire. Pre-bookable before departure at £50 for 1 week and £75 for a two week rental.

Villa Es Canalo is privately situated overlooking the stunning open countryside on the exclusive San Tomeu urbanisation. If it is peace and privacy that you are looking for in one of Menorca's most exclusive, sought after areas, then this villa in San Tomeu is perfect for you.

The entrance hall, with cloakroom, leads into the lounge with feature fireplace and Spanish digital satellite TV (limited English channels inc. BBC) for your added enjoyment. Patio doors lead out onto a covered dining terrace, which in turn overlooks the pool and those lovely views beyond. The breakfast kitchen is most fitted in mahogany and comes complete with dishwasher, microwave and large fridge/freezer. There is a washing machine located in the garage for your added convenience. A door leads from the kitchen to the covered terrace where a large teak dining table is situated. On this level also is the first of the villas four bedrooms, a most attractive double (not air-conditioned) with full bathroom and walk in shower (suitable for the partially disabled) en-suite.

The staircase leads up to the first floor of this Menorcan villa and a galleried landing. Leading off from here are the air-conditioned bedrooms. There are two spacious twin bedrooms, each having patio doors onto the large upstairs terrace, which overlooks the pool and open countryside in the distance. Finally on this level is the master twin bedroom suite, which has full bathroom and again has patio doors onto the terrace overlooking the pool.

Upstairs bedrooms are air-conditioned for your added benefit.

Outside and set amongst spacious sun terraces is the 10 metre pool with steps and a shallow end for children. There is a brick built barbecue for those meals al-fresco and the whole area is surrounded by breath-taking rolling countryside and is furnished for outside living and relaxing in this wonderful part of Menorca. Es Canalo is centrally heated for early and late season lets and comes highly recommended to anyone looking for large villas in Menorca with a private pool.

Villa Remos is situated in the exclusive Binibeca Vell area of Southern Menorca, surrounded by extensive gardens of lawns and tropical palm trees giving it an air of peace and tranquillity, an ideal place to sit back and enjoy the wonderful sunshine on your perfect Menorca holiday.

Contemporary style and light colours have been used throughout the villa, to give a sense of space in every room. The property is accessed through the garden, into the entrance hall and then the dining and sitting area with some beautiful views to the pool and garden. The kitchen is also off the hall.

A short corridor leads to the first bathroom and three bedrooms - one a twin overlooking the pool, the second also a twin with patio doors to the garden and pool and master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to the garden area.

Outside the covered terrace lies beside the pool and is the focal point for enjoying those balmy Menorcan evenings, dining al fresco and perhaps using the barbecue offered for your added enjoyment. Whether you want to catch some rays under the mid-day sun or spend a warm evening under the beautifully starry night, this is the place for you.

Villa Jose is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on the fringes of the pine forest which leads to the beach offering up privacy, peace and quiet without the disadvantage of isolation from all the attractions of the area. The beautiful stonework that surrounds the villa is wonderfully complimented with the small shrubbery and assortment of beautiful flowers and creates the perfect atmosphere for your Menorca holiday.
Steps lead up to the welcoming entrance and this opens into the comfortably furnished lounge/dining room which has satellite TV and DVD player. Patio doors lead out onto a large, well-furnished terrace overlooking the pool and pine forest.

Off from the lounge, the hallway leads to the bedrooms. The air-conditioned master double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and this has patio doors leading onto the front balcony, an ideal spot to sit and enjoy a morning cup of tea or pre-dinner glass of wine. There are two further pretty bedrooms (one with air-conditioning), both twins and these share the family bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has dishwasher and microwave and leads conveniently onto the outside terrace where the 9 metre pool, with steps into the shallow end, is located and this area is surrounded by fencing and mature trees for privacy.

Located in the pretty area of Arenal den Castell in the north of the island, this wonderful holiday villa is within a 20 minute stroll of the resort shops and restaurants. Villa Jose is a short stroll from the horseshoe shaped bay which has a beautiful sandy beach and shallow, sparkling waters; this area is an ideal holiday resort for families and with so many activities on offer, for example some fantastic sailing and walking, all ages of guest are sure to enjoy their holiday in Menorca. For any keen golfers in the party, the golf course at the neighbouring resort of Son Parc is only a short drive from here and offers 18 holes of bliss. Mahon, with its excellent seafront restaurants and charming windy, narrow streets is only 12 miles from here.

Villa Jose is a perfect choice from our range of private villas with pools in Menorca for those that wish to be within a 'stoneï¿½s throw' of the beach and within strolling distance of the resort facilities although we do recommend car hire for access to more restaurants and to see more of this pretty island.

Off from the entrance hall is the attractive lounge/dining room which has colourful soft furnishings that will instantly bring out the laid back Spaniard in you. This area opens out onto the outside dining area and poolside terrace where you can sit back and enjoy the warm Menorcan sun with a glass of excellent local wine. The kitchen leads off from the dining area.

The master bedroom has a double bed and full bathroom en-suite and patio doors open out onto the terrace. Two further pretty twin bedrooms share a shower room. As well as being air-conditioned, the bedrooms have central heating for your additional comfort for those early and late season lets.

The 8.5 metre pool has Roman steps into the shallow end and is located to the side of the villa and enjoys fantastic views across the bay. With it's barbecue, this area provides the perfect spot to relax and enjoy outside dining in the Menorcan sunshine during the day and under the wonderfully starry skies at night.
In a quiet, residential area, this wonderful private holiday villa in Arenal Den Catell, Menorca is within a 20 minute stroll of the resort shops and restaurants. Our villa Sa Cova is something straight off Malibu Beach in its position and style! Next door to Casa Llimpa, this villa in Punta Prima, Menorca sits frontline above the rocks and boasts the most fantastic sea views over turquoise waters to the island of L'aire in the distance. A prime spot for luxury holidays in Menorca. A short walk will bring you to the wonderful soft sanded beach and small resort centre of Punta Prima.
Situated in a most fashionable and residential area with steps leading down from the quiet service road through tropical gardens to the front of the property. As you enter the house and into a large hall with cloakroom and WC, you quickly realise that space is not a problem in this unique villa. The light, airy and most comfortably furnished living room is to the front of the villa and has large patio doors opening out onto the glorious front terrace, pool and those dramatic 180 degree views of the stunning sea. It also has digital satellite TV (limited English channels inc BBC) and DVD for your added enjoyment.

The well fitted kitchen is so large that it incorporates a dining area in the middle section and comes complete with dishwasher and microwave. Patio doors open out to one of the many terraces for dining al-fresco whilst watching the setting sun over the distant horizon. There is a washing machine in the laundry for your added convenience. On this level also are two of the villas four bedrooms. The first is a pretty twin with full bathroom en-suite, whilst the second is also a twin with shower and WC en-suite. Both bedrooms have patio doors onto the front lower terrace and once again experience those wonderful sea views.

A staircase leads up from the hall to the first floor and the upstairs accommodation. The first bedroom here is a double, which has full bathroom en-suite and patio doors out onto a spacious terrace. The master double bedroom suite is entered via a dressing room, which in turn leads into a most attractive king sized double bedded room with patio doors onto the same terrace overlooking the sea. Off from the dressing room is a pretty shower room with large walk-in shower and WC.

The terraces and pool are simply magnificent and are well furnished for sitting, relaxing and soaking up the view. If you love to "boat watch" then this is the place! Taking pride of place in the centre of the terrace is the 10 metre kidney-shaped pool, which has shallow end and on the terrace there is a portable barbeque here for those unforgettable meals in such a perfect setting. Steps lead down from the pool terrace to the lower garden, which offers a quiet corner with seating under large Palm trees. Direct access is then available via a gated entrance to the rocks and sea for competent swimmers and snorkelers and the cave from which the villa is named. There are also some great opportunities to try some adrenaline pumping climbing on the hills of Menorca.

Finally steps lead from the terraces up to a large rooftop, just ideal for private sunbathing. A beautiful villa in a fabulous position and early booking is highly recommended for anybody looking for villas in Punta Prima, Menorca with a private pool. However Sa Cova is not available for the month of August.

In the popular tourist resort of Cala’n Porter, Villa Casa Franz is situated on a quiet road which skirts the bay. The property boasts some truly jaw-dropping sea views from its terraces. It is difficult not to be enchanted by the huge expanse of sparkling water that reaches out in front of you as you sit back and enjoy the perfect glass of wine.
This villa is superbly located; the resort centre is just a 10 minute walk, whilst the soft sanded beach is no more than 15 minutes down the hill. Take a trip outside the resort and you can experience some fantastic walking and cycling in the Menorca countryside.

This villa in Cala’n Porter, Menorca is reached through a gated drive, which runs up to the pool terrace level. From here a further short flight of steps lead to the dining terrace. The views from here are simply superb and the sunsets awesome.

Large double patio doors then open into a most comfortably furnished air conditioned lounge/dining room decorated in pale green. There is a digital satellite TV (limited English channels including BBC), DVD player and music system, which is piped onto the front terrace for your added enjoyment. The well fitted kitchen comes complete with dishwasher and microwave and is situated close to the dining area.

An inner hall, which has guest cloakroom with WC and utility room with washing machines leads to the three attractive air-conditioned bedrooms. These are two twins which share the family shower room with WC and the master double (large bed with separate mattresses) has full bathroom in marble with corner bath and separate shower en-suite. A patio door leads out from the bedroom also onto the front terrace.

Off from the rear of the villa there is a further eating terrace set in a walled garden.

The real focal point of this lovely house is the 9 metre pool, which is situated to the front and surrounded by well-furnished terraces that catch the sun all day. There is a brick built barbeque for your added enjoyment and the pool enjoys the benefit of solar system heating so you can use it year round without fail.

This bungalow style villa is simply 'a gem' amongst our selection of lovely Menorca holiday rentals in this fashionable resort and we are very excited that we have persuaded the owner to rent it to us this year. Why have we pursued this particular villa so vigorously? Well, we know the owner well and the quality of furnishings and fittings she has put into the property in every area is quite exceptional. We promise you that the moment you enter into Villa Verano you will know that you have made the right choice for a fabulous holiday in Menorca this year.

The entrance to the property is reached via the gated front garden and here the superb 7 metre square pool takes pride of place. A terraced area and outside dining furniture make this an ideal area for those meals 'al fresco'.

Off from the entrance hallway is the first of the four bedrooms, an air-conditioned twin room facing the front with an elegant en-suite shower room. The beautifully fitted kitchen leads off the entrance hallway on the opposite side and has dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and American style breakfast bar opening onto the dining area. The most comfortably furnished lounge/dining room has Sky digital satellite TV (Freeview channels and BBC only) and DVD player. Large patio doors open out onto a private rear terrace and pretty gardens; here you will find the most amazing views over the valley (Barranco) of Cala Galdana.

Leading off from the lounge is firstly the pretty air-conditioned master double bedroom which is furnished in local fabrics and has a dressing area and superb full bathroom en-suite. This room boasts exceptional views over the rear terrace to the Barranco below. From the opposite side of the lounge are two further lovely air-conditioned twin bedrooms and these share a family shower room.

We are really delighted to be able to offer this charming villa in the much sought after area of Punta Prima on the south coast of Menorca. A mini resort in its own right and boasts possibly one of the finest sandy beaches and Caribbean style turquoise seas in the area. There are a small selection of restaurants and a supermarket, whilst the nearby resorts of Binibeca and S'Algar are no more than a 10 minute drive away.

Villa Casa Llimpa is front line, and next door to our Villa Sa Cova, and boasts the most fabulous sea views and is perched in an elevated position above the rocks at the entrance to Punta Prima Bay; it is an excellent property for anyone looking for luxury holidays in Menorca. A short 5-7 minute walk brings you to the stunning beach and resort centre. Steps lead down from the service road to the front of this villa in Prima Punta, Menorca and you enter the house into a small circular hallway. An inner hall leads to an elegant twin and double bedroom, both having large picture windows to the front of the property opening the rooms up to the beautiful views that await you. These two rooms share an attractively tiled family bathroom.

The lounge/dining room is a sheer delight and boasts the magnificent sea views from its floor to ceiling patio windows on two sides. The room is comfortably furnished and has digital satellite TV (limited English Channels including BBC) and DVD player. Doors open out onto the front terrace which is a magnet for sitting, relaxing or dining al-fresco. Off from the dining area is the kitchen which, whilst compact, offers an American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. A washing machine is located in the adjacent laundry.

An attractive open sided staircase leads up from the hall to the first floor and the master double bedroom with full bathroom en-suite and patio doors onto a large private balcony. This is a delightful room with wood flooring and once again it captures the breath-taking panoramic views of the sea.

Steps lead down from the front terrace to the lower pool level where the 9 metre swimming pool with roman steps into a shallow end for children is situated. The pool is surrounded by a lawned area and ample terraces for soaking up the Menorca sunshine. Take a trip along the coast, but rather than walk why not try cycling and discover even more captivating views of the Menorca coastline.

My husband and I have recently returned from Casa Llimpa in Menorca, as a returning client of Villa Select there was nothing to worry about, the villa was spotless and everything was in working order, although there were only two of us the villa would accommodate 6 people easily plenty of crockery, cutlery etc.
The villa overlooks the sea and also has a swimming pool which is a bonus. Having the use of Villa Select pool towels is useful too - less to carry in your luggage.
The welcome hamper is much appreciated when you have a late flight.

I have always been satisfied with Villa Select and this villa is one I would recommend to my friends without a doubt.

I would strongly recommend Casa Llimpa to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday right on the sea front with ideal walks around the area. It was only a 5 minute stroll into Punta Prima where there was a lovely selection of cafe's and supermarkets ideal for the slightly older traveller. We took my parents who couldn't fault either the villa or the location. My husband spent all afternoon snorkelling right off the rocks in front of the villa while I lazed by the pool overlooking the sea views...pure luxury. The villa was spotless and had everything we needed including a TV with English channels. We would certainly go back to Menorca, Punta Prima, and definately Casa Llimpa.

Have you ever been on holiday and looked up at a villa in the most perfect location and thought to yourself, 'I wonder who lives in a house like that'? Well now you can live in such style yourself on holiday at Villa C’an Pere.

Perched high up in the most magnificent position at the end of the headland at Cala Galdana and with the most wonderful panoramic views of the bay and coastline of Menorca. Situated next door to a public viewing point, the owner has been incredibly lucky to build such a fine property in such a superb location. This is truly a fantastic addition to our range of large villas in Cala Galdana, Menorca.

The house has been superbly located that there is sea on two sides. The third side contains the magnificent 12 x 5 metre private saltwater swimming pool. Just minutes from your doorstep there are a range of things to do, and for the adrenaline junkies out there there are great opportunities to try some rock climbing on the Menorca cliffs.

As you walk through the main entrance and into the hall which has cloakroom and WC, you cannot help but feel impressed. The hall has high, cathedral domed ceiling and exquisite tiling. Ahead is the enormous lounge/dining room with Spanish digital satellite TV (limited English channels) and DVD player. Wireless internet connection is also available, please bring your own compatible computer. Patio doors open onto the front covered terrace and has large picture windows on all other sides with those incredible views. The stylish kitchen has elegant units and comes complete with dishwasher & microwave. The kitchen opens onto a covered terrace overlooking the bay. Off from the kitchen is a laundry with washing machine.

The large L-shaped covered terrace has views across the bay and forward out to sea and is an ideal place for living, dining, boat watching and star gazing. There is direct access to the pool and sun terraces and the whole area is carefully protected by its metre high perimeter fence without intrusion to the view.

An impressive staircase winds its way from the hall to the first floor where are to be found the four
air-conditioned bedrooms and a study. These are two guest twin bedrooms, each with a shower room and WC en-suite, these have picture windows and wonderful views. The first of the master bedrooms is also a twin and has full bathroom en-suite and direct access to the front upstairs covered patio, this is well furnished for those quiet moments away from the hustle and bustle of the pool. Next comes the study which TV (local channels only). This also has direct access to the front upstairs terrace. Finally the master double bedroom, situated on the opposite corner of the house has shower room en-suite and again direct access via patio doors to the upstairs terrace.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned for your added benefit.

An exclusive villa to Villa Select and the holiday choice of celebrity guests looking for luxury holidays in Menorca. Seldom have we come across such a fine house as this and early booking is highly recommended.

If you require a cot during your stay, this can be arranged at a small charge of £35 per week and is supplied with the cot linen. A highchair can be rented at £22 per week.

If you enjoy a game of table tennis, we do have a table and bats available for hire. Pre-bookable before departure at £50 for 1 week and £75 for a two week rental.
