Our villa Sa Cova is something straight off Malibu Beach in its position and style! Next door to Casa Llimpa, this villa in Punta Prima, Menorca sits frontline above the rocks and boasts the most fantastic sea views over turquoise waters to the island of L'aire in the distance. A prime spot for luxury holidays in Menorca. A short walk will bring you to the wonderful soft sanded beach and small resort centre of Punta Prima.

The architecture of the property is stunning, resembling something that should be sitting in Barcelona having been designed by Gaudi. Definitely one to take photos of and show off to your friends and family!

Situated in a most fashionable and residential area with steps leading down from the quiet service road through tropical gardens to the front of the property. As you enter the house and into a large hall with cloakroom and WC, you quickly realise that space is not a problem in this unique villa. The light, airy and most comfortably furnished living room is to the front of the villa and has large patio doors opening out onto the glorious front terrace, pool and those dramatic 180 degree views of the stunning sea. It also has digital satellite TV (limited English channels inc BBC) and DVD for your added enjoyment.

The well fitted kitchen is so large that it incorporates a dining area in the middle section and comes complete with dishwasher and microwave. Patio doors open out to one of the many terraces for dining al-fresco whilst watching the setting sun over the distant horizon. There is a washing machine in the laundry for your added convenience. On this level also are two of the villas four bedrooms. The first is a pretty twin with full bathroom en-suite, whilst the second is also a twin with shower and WC en-suite. Both bedrooms have patio doors onto the front lower terrace and once again experience those wonderful sea views.

A staircase leads up from the hall to the first floor and the upstairs accommodation. The first bedroom here is a double, which has full bathroom en-suite and patio doors out onto a spacious terrace. The master double bedroom suite is entered via a dressing room, which in turn leads into a most attractive king sized double bedded room with patio doors onto the same terrace overlooking the sea. Off from the dressing room is a pretty shower room with large walk-in shower and WC.

The terraces and pool are simply magnificent and are well furnished for sitting, relaxing and soaking up the view. If you love to "boat watch" then this is the place! Taking pride of place in the centre of the terrace is the 10 metre kidney-shaped pool, which has shallow end and on the terrace there is a portable barbeque here for those unforgettable meals in such a perfect setting. Steps lead down from the pool terrace to the lower garden, which offers a quiet corner with seating under large Palm trees. Direct access is then available via a gated entrance to the rocks and sea for competent swimmers and snorkelers and the cave from which the villa is named. There are also some great opportunities to try some adrenaline pumping climbing on the hills of Menorca.

Finally steps lead from the terraces up to a large rooftop, just ideal for private sunbathing. A beautiful villa in a fabulous position and early booking is highly recommended for anybody looking for villas in Punta Prima, Menorca with a private pool. However Sa Cova is not available for the month of August.

If you enjoy a game of table tennis, we do have a table and bats available for hire. Pre-bookable before departure at £50 for 1 week and £75 for a two week rental.
