Villa Las Rocas Description

Villa Las Rocas is most privately situated amongst open, gorgeous countryside on the perimeter of the exclusive San Tomeu urbanisation, a fantastic place to spend your perfect holiday in Menorca. This lovely private villa boasts an expansive garden dressed with lush green grass and surrounded by delightful shrubbery; it is in fact the largest lawned garden of all our villas in Menorca with private pools! If its peace and privacy with an air of exclusivity that you are looking for, this is the answer.
The bungalow style villa in San Tomeu, Menorca is of Ibizan architecture. Arches, bougainvillea filled patios and whitewashed walls are all wonderfully combined to create a property that is worthy of being described as truly fantastic.

You enter the house across a pretty covered terrace and directly into the open plan lounge/dining room with high vaulted ceiling. This is most comfortably furnished with sofas and has feature fireplace with wood burning stove, TV with Spanish digital satellite facility (limited English channels included BBC), DVD and a CD player. At one end of the room there is a dining area and leading off from here is a separate study and adjacent to this is the kitchen, which comes complete with dishwasher & microwave. There is a washing machine situated outside for your added convenience.

An inner hall leads to the three air conditioned bedrooms. These are simply furnished in continental style. The first is a twin bedded room and adjacent to this is a shower room with walk-in shower and WC. The second is a small double bedded room and finally at the end of the hall there is the spacious master double bedroom (two twins together) with full bathroom en-suite.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned for your added benefit.

Although Las Rocas is a most comfortable house inside, it is a Spanish villa designed for outside living. The spacious split-level patios are furnished to the highest quality and there are ramps down to the pool terrace. The 9 metre kidney shaped pool takes pride of place to the front of the property and has steps and handrails into a shallow end for children. The lawns and gardens extend to well over an acre and there is a most pretty flower covered gazebo affording shade for clients wishing total peace and privacy in this lovely oasis set in the heart of Menorca. A brick built barbeque is available for your added enjoyment making the outside area the perfect place to sit back, enjoy some al-fresco dining whilst sipping on a glass of wine and enjoying the breath-taking Spanish sun set.

Las Rocas is a wonderful venue for those clients wishing to get away from it all and comes highly recommended.

If you enjoy a game of table tennis, we do have a table and bats available for hire. Pre-bookable before departure at £50 for 1 week and £75 for a two week rental.

If you require a cot during your stay, this can be arranged at a small charge of £35 per week and is supplied with the cot linen. A highchair can be rented at £22 per week.
