The glorious 10 minute drive to Puerto Pollensa follows the easy accessible road, with sea views all along the way! Enjoy a huge variety of activities on offer at this fabulous tourist town: tasty restaurants, stylish cafes, soft sandy beaches and shops galore! 10 minutes drive from the villa in the opposite direction, be amazed by the traditions, history and culture that enwraps the Old Town of Pollensa. A 10-15 minute drive from Villa Can Pericas can also take you to the famous town of Alcudia, most known for its stunning beaches! This lovely holiday home is in the prime position for fun days poolside and exciting days out exploring the rich and beautiful island of Mallorca!

Step inside to your Mallorcan villa and and see the beech wood beams and white washed walls. These give this property a light and airy feel. The comfortably furnished lounge/dining room offers a TV, DVD Player and patio doors open out onto the front terrace. The kitchen is fitted with the latest modern units and comes complete with dishwasher and washing machine. An inner hall leads to the two pretty air-conditioned twin bedrooms and the first of the villa’s full bathrooms.

Stairs lead from the hall up to the first floor accommodation, which is quite magnificent. Firstly you enter a further comfortably furnished lounge/sitting room with sofa bed. Enormous picture windows overlook beautiful open countryside from both sides. Leading off from here is the master air-conditioned bedroom suite. This spacious and pretty room has double bed and full bathroom en-suite!

The villa is extremely popular with families looking for holiday lettings in Pollensa. It is ideal because of its extensive lawns and children’s play area.
