To the front of the villa and set amongst spacious sun terraces is the 8 metre private pool with shallow end for children. An attractive covered terrace offers plenty of shade and is a lovely spot for dining al-fresco.
A paved path leads through colourful lawn gardens to the separate barbeque kitchen, which also houses the washing machine.

You enter the house directly from the front terrace and into a most comfortably furnished lounge/dining room. The vaulted beamed ceiling gives an air of spaciousness. There is a TV with News and International channels and DVD for your added enjoyment. The well fitted kitchen boasts dishwasher and microwave and there is also a breakfast area.
An inner hall leads off from the living accommodation to two pretty twin air-conditioned bedrooms and an attractively tiled family bathroom. The owner has made much use of local fabrics in the double master bedroom, which again is air conditioned and has shower room with WC en-suite.
