El Rafalet

The quaint finca style Villa El Rafalet lies peacefully in the son March valley. It is a short 10 minute drive to the charming old town of Pollensa where you will find cafes, restaurants and shops.

Villa El Rafalet interior:

Best of both with modern conveniences like en suite shower rooms in all three bedrooms. The entrance to the property is via a stone clad terrace direct into the dining area. The kitchen is home to modern appliances like the ceramic hob, electric oven and microwave. A window from the kitchen connects to the outside covered porch perfect for al fresco dining.

Continuing from the dining room is the large living room with comfortable seating, traditional Majorcan soft furnishings with the open plan fireplace taking pride of place. Here there is also a flat screen TV with Satellite channels and a DVD player for your entertainment.

Off the living area is the first double bedroom with en suite shower room. A flight of steps takes you up to the first floor, here there is large sitting area with a small fireplace and terrace. The lounge also has two single beds for extra accommodation. Off this area there are two further bedrooms, one double and one with twin beds each with their own en suite shower room.

All bedrooms are air conditioned with Breezair (natural air conditioning).

Villa El Rafalet exterior:

Outside the 9 x 6 m swimming pool is reached via a small path from the house. It is surrounded by surrounded by luscious green gardens and orange groves. There is a BBQ just off the front terrace and a traditional wood burning oven under the covered porch.

Please note the house sleeps a maximum of 8 people although there are only 3 bedrooms.
