Villa Jazmin, a homely and secluded holiday villa with plenty of character sleeping up to 6 people. Located in the heart of Los Mojones, a quiet sought after residential area close to the Old town of Puerto Del Carmen. Ideally located for all the amenities of Puerto del Carmen Old Town & Avenida de las Playas.

Kitchen:
Fully fitted well equipped kitchen with electric oven & hob, microwave, compact dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster.

Living/Dining Room:
The spacious open plan living/dining area benefits from a feature indoor garden, with skylight and a large picture window with views of the pool terrace. It is comfortably furnished with two x two seater sofas and an armchair. Entertainment is provided by IPTV and WIFI included. The dining table comfortably seats 6. There is also a separate toilet & sink off the lounge.

Summer Room:
To access the main house you enter via a Summer Room that provides shelter from outside and features a sofa to relax on, dining table, bar with stools and a drinks fridge. There is also a small outdoor courtyard to sit and enjoy a peaceful breakfast with a table and two chairs.

Villa Jazmin Accommodation Exterior:

The pool and patio area is surrounded by high walls and a palm trees to provide complete privacy leaving you free to sunbathe on the terrace around the pool. There are two tables to sit at each with four chairs and a charcoal BBQ.

Accessibility:
Four steps lead from the gate to the pool area and house access. The property is then on one level. Two bathrooms have walk in showers.

Amenities:
There is a safety deposit box and a driveway for two cars. Cots and High Chairs available upon request at an additional cost of £15 per week, per item.

Car Hire:
This is not essential in Puerto Del Carmen but could be an advantage if you are planning to see the many sights the island has to offer.

Cleaning Service:
Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. Additional cleaning/change of linen & towels provided weekly or mid stay for stays of 10 to 13 nights. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels provided. Pool/beach towels are provided for your convenience.
