Breakfast bar with stalls and patio doors leading to terrace. There is a separate utility area with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board on the lower level.

Living Rooms (Ground level)
Furnished comfortably to a very high standard in a contemporary style the spacious open plan lounge has comfortable leather sofas, large wall mounted television with satellite providing UK terrestrial channels BBC 1/2/3/4/News/Parliament/Sports Stream, ITV 1 and CH 4. This system is also streamed to downstairs Master Bedroom. There is also a DVD player and music system. There is a dining area with a marble dining table and chairs to seat 8.  Patio doors lead to a balcony.  There is a also a Pool Table.

Accommodation Exterior

A private terrace bordered with miniature palms surrounds an unusually shaped swimming pool which has jet machines and waterfalls. This is also a luxurious 6 seater Hot Springs jacuzzi. The terrace is furnished with sun loungers. There is a separate covered area for seating and dining which has a second independent Satellite System with the same channels as detailed above.
