Moinho do Vento

Moinho do Vento is a lovely single storey 2 bedroom villa with private swimming pool (can be heated for an additional charge). Set in a quiet residential area of Vilamoura between the Hotel Hilton and the Old Village. Making it a convenient location for facilities such as bars, restaurants, cafes and a mini market. The tourist land train also runs past the villa and drops off at the marina and the beaches, so car hire is not essential!

The Accommodation:

Open plan living and dining room which are well furnished with comfortable sofa seating, a fireplace and air-conditioning for your added comfort. Moinho do Vento has a flat screen TV with English speaking channels and Wi-Fi for your entertainment.
A fully equipped kitchen with all you need – electric oven and hob, fridge-freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. An open hatch conveniently opens onto the dining room.

Bedroom 1, a double room with air-conditioning and built in wardrobes. Patio doors open onto the pool area where you can relax on the terrace with your morning coffee or evening tipple

Bedroom 2, twin beds with air-conditioning, fitted wardrobes and opening up to the same undercover terrace. En-suite bathroom with shower cubicle, WC and single sink vanity.

Finally a separate family bathroom with bath and overhead shower, WC, bidet and single sink vanity completes this villa.

Outdoors:

Step outside and you will see your very own private 7m swimming pool and poolside shower. A lawned garden area and steps leading up to the roof terrace to soak up the last minute sun. Enjoy dining al fresco with the charcoal barbecue and outdoor dining area with a covered terrace.

Villa Moinho do Vento also has a gated driveway providing off-road parking for up to 2 cars for you convenience.
