Modern, spacious and accommodating on the inside, Villa Ilias is an ideal choice for a group of friends or family with older children. Enter inside the villa at the garden level to find a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and lovely garden views. At the first level, enter from the garden and into the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. The villa is already stocked and prepared for your visit, with all of the necessary amenities in place (washing machine, microwave, etc). Also on the first level, you will find the beautiful double bedroom with a sea-facing balcony! A bathroom with a full-size bath tub is also on this level. Follow the staircase to the upper level, which offers a further double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (half bath) and a private balcony with panoramic sea views! A laundry room is also provided, with washing machine and ironing facilities.

The railings on the balconies and walkways at this villa are of a design not considered suitable for small children so additional care will need to be taken, especially on the top floor balcony. Children should never be left unattended on balconies.
